I have previous experience ordering from this company in 2022 and the item was delivered quickly and no issues...However, I ordered a mat back in November 2023 and it still has not been delivered. Same as everyone else on here (wish I had read this sooner but having had previous experience of the company why would I?). their chatbot tells me my order is "awaiting fulfillment", but there is absolutely nobody helming their customer service and nobody is responding to enquiries about their orders.

In my mind this is a classic case of young entrepreneurs who eventually run out of money and steam and don't know how to bridge the gap between the trash/jargon they spout in their marketing and the reality that they're actually not very good business people. So they bury their heads in the sand. This company now appears as a fraud to anyone interacting with them because they take your money, they don't respond and they don't send what you paid for. Report this company to anyone who will listen and don't be drawn in by their pretty pictures and promotions.

NEVER got my mat! Look at their IG comments, tons of people in this exact situation. So unfortunate, because I really want the mat I bought. Do not buy! Tried to email, IG DM, and leave comments with NO REPLY back! They never shipped my mat!

FRAUD COMPANY - I purchased a yoga mat from Sugarmat back in August 2023, I have reached out to them multiple times via email (their email address on their website just bounces back and is not even a legitimate email address), I have contacted them on instagram etc. and have never received a response. These mats are expensive and the money was taken from my account, I received an automatic email to say my order had been processed but never received shipping info and 5 months later, I have not heard back from the company after many complaints or received my mat. It is a scam, I don't know how they are still operating and it worries me to think how much money they are making for nothing and how many people are being scammed by this company! I have read other reviews on here and agree that they must have been a legitimate company at some stage, as the reason I bought this mat was because a friend of mine had one and it was great! Do not waste your time, effort and money and please stay away from this company!

Bought 3 mats during Black Friday as gifts and no reply. Can’t believe they are still operating the website and scamming more people. DO NOT order from Sugarmat website. Fraud company

Scam website. Ordered a yoga mat as a Christmas present on the 22nd of November. Website says ship within 8-10 days. Now it’s the 18th December and no updates. I contacted them on the 8th of November and no reply.
Do not buy from this websites definitely a scam.

i ordered 2 yogamats, got a payment confirmation and never heard again from the company, and did not receive my yogamats. -> FRAUDE

Fraudulent company. I’m so disappointed, I received one automated message saying my order was being processed and then no response from live chat or email after that. I’ve reported them to my bank. It’s a shame, because I think they were legitimate years ago, my friend has one of their mats and loves it, but she bought it at a yoga festival in person.

I bought a mat in August.. and the status still remains as “waiting for fulfilment”. I emailed them multiple times, they are bounced back. I also left messages on live chat multiple times, no surprise there was zero response.

Extremely disappointed. Wondering if the website has been hacked and no way to get back; but it doesn’t explain why emails aren’t working. 🤯

Purchased May 5, 2023. Sent multiple emails and instagram messages. Never received a response. They never shipped my yoga mat. This is a fraud. Do not buy anything from their website.

Been waiting for a month for a reply from customer support and nothing. Spent 92 euros on a yoga towel and so far, no news...

I purchased a mat for my mother for her 60th birthday in early February and I have heard nothing from them despite multiple attempts to contact them. The website is a scam.

They literally have scammed me of my money. I ordered a mat, and like many other customers it has been MONTHS. I have not received any customer support response, despite reaching out 5 TIMES via live chat, email, etc.

Their 10 day delivery estimation in their "FAQ" is a complete lie. The status of my order is still "awaiting fulfillment".

Take one look at their instagram page and the comments on their recent posts, and you'll see exactly what kind of company this is.

I purchased my first yoga mat from sugarmat and say what, I never regretted my decision. Their product was perfectly packed and delivered before the estimated date. I felt very comfortable while using their yoga mat and had an amazing session.
Would recommend this product to anyone who is into yoga or meditation.

Nice design but the smell is awful. It doesn't fade even even after month. But shipping with TNT to Germany is pure horror. Month later I got a bill for shipping and customs over 60€ which is almost the same amount I paid for the yoga mat. That's a no go, I'm sorry. So I must say for me it seems like this is overpriced, not only the shipping but also with the smell and made in China.

I ordered for the first time some yoga mats from this site. I practice yoga for some years and I have used several types of yoga mats. They came really fast, in a great package, super protected, in great condition. The mats were really beautiful, more than I expected, and of great quality. The most important, when my order arrived in my country, a problem came up. Sugarmat immediately answered in my call for help, solved the problem, although it was not their fault, and helped me get my mats. I strongly recommend this site if you want really beautiful, non slippery mats, of great quality.
