I've used SugarSync for many years and am satisfied with it. When there are issues they solve it with prompt support. I do wish I could edit my documents on my iPhone app though.

The service is great, had it for over 5 years. I have it sync to a number of people who allows me access my files in at any place or time.

I am very happy with this co. Great help with tech support. The work hard to fix all errors and down time. The only thing I don't like is that it has trouble syncing my folders with over 40,000 files in them.

Great software with ~99.9% reliability. Very fast too.

I have used Sugarsync tech support several times. Every time, including the last time last week, the advice I received was helpful, targeted to my problem, and most importantly, solved my problem every time. Twice I received telephone support when the written support didn't do the trick. I would recommend that Sugarsync include a phone number option for tech support at the outset.

Sugarsync is a very reliable and useful app. You can retrieve any saved file from anywhere in the world. It is easy to setup and quickly backup the files you choose to. I highly recommend it.

I upgraded my Mac to Catalina and SugarSync started using lots of CPU. When I put in a support request, the email that came had a suggestion of what to do which fixed the problem - giving SugarSync broader permissions on my computer.

Great product from it's early stages
I enjoy using it for many years now. The app is very flexible, I used it across all platforms. The folder structure sync flexibility is awesome.

What I like about SugarSync is the communication during the issue-- they don't leave you hanging or guessing-- they stay in contact-- first giving you links to solutions that may truly solve your problem; but then coming back with personal suggestions-- not generalities but specific solutions to your exact problem!

When I couldn't get my iOS devices to sync with my Mac-- SugarSync gave specific instructions how to "delete" SugarSync from my Mac and re-install it! Even though their Mac user-base is not their largest, they have specialists for Mac who can solve your issue (and did solve mine!).

Mostly SugarSync just works-- but when there is an issue or just if you need help with a question-- SugarSync is there for you!!!

Hello, I have been using SugarSync for a very long time.
I synchronize my files with several computers.
I find the Protected Folders feature very good at protecting files from ransomware. (Google Translate)

I have small online storage accounts with a number of providers (Box, Dropbox. etc). I've chosen SugarSync for my paid larger main storage because the interface is well organized, the price/value is very good and the Magic Briefcase tool is handy so I can have certain critical documents easily available on all devices while I keep most documents just on one main computer and in the SugarSync cloud.

This is really two reviews in one.
First, as to the person who provided the tech support at SS - Luis, he provided by far the best tech support that I have ever received (and I am a fairly sophisticated PC user) !!! He was patient, he cared, he returned my calls, and was able to explain SugarSync in readily understandable ways.

Second, though I have been using SS as my cloud back-up, and also to transfer large files to colleagues for a long time, in working with Luis I was able to significantly expand my usage of SS in practical and useful ways. (To give one example, I learned to use SugarSync on my phone to pull-up court orders and documents when I am in court (I am a lawyer) from the cloud. And, I am able to do so even on a cellular connection.)

it is a very good app: it appears to be very safe and reliable. I'm happy with the platform, mainly after the last improvements and layout.

Discovered Sugar Sync a few years ago and have found nothing to compete with it, in price or support.
It has been bullet proof for me and has mad my life so much easier as I work from the office & home and need other PC's to have some of the data - so easy to control and customise to my needs. On the odd occasions I have needed support, within 24 hours it is resolved or advice given - I would highly recommend Sugar Sync as a trouble free, versatile sync software.

I'm relying on SugarSync since many years.
I particularly appreciate the possibility to store folders and files independently in the cloud and to sync to each PC only those you decide to.
I always had quick and effective support when needed.
The frequency and the duration of outages are not zero, but in many years of use they have been reasonable and to my opinion acceptable.

I access files in the cloud when I'm traveling and appreciate knowing that Sugarsync has my back. I've suggested features and they are receptive and communicative. If they implement them they I'll give five stars. :)

Very good experience and although the issue that I had was not (solely) related to the sugarsync app, the tech support was very helpful throughout the process
