Shop elsewhere, they’ll screw you over
I did not receive items made to the measurements provided. When trying to get support, I continuously got the run around and they extensively asked for more proof to the point that my event had passed and I had to get an alternative from a different company.
I am still requesting a refund, since the errors were very clearly made on the companies end & they refuse to provide a solution.
Not only was the item made incorrectly, it’s also terrible quality & not anything like what was described.

The ordering was easy. The design was easy online, but the true test will see if the product that we receive comes in and the fit is correct. The other test will be if the fit is incorrect. How will they fix it through a local Taylor then I can give you a full honest review.

Great Items—More Fabrics?
I’ve been purchasing custom clothing from Sumissura for about five years, and overall I’ve been very happy with the experience.
As someone who is 6’7” and has gone through body changes during my gender transition, finding clothing that both fits well and feels flattering can be a real challenge. Sumissura has been a great option in that regard—the ability to customize garments has made a big difference for me, and I’ve been consistently pleased with the quality and fit of what I’ve received.
One frustration I’ve run into, though, is with fabric and style availability. Sometimes I’ll see a model wearing a particular design or fabric on the website, but when I go to order, that exact combination isn’t available. For example, I’ve wanted to recreate a dress with long sleeves similar to what a model was wearing, but the fabric or style options didn’t line up in a way that made that possible. There are also cases where a fabric is available for one type of dress (like evening wear) but not another, which can feel limiting.
That part can be a bit frustrating when you’re trying to replicate a specific look you’ve seen on the site.
That said, the overall experience has still been very positive. The customization, fit, and quality have made Sumissura a valuable resource for me, especially given how difficult it can be to find well-fitting clothing at my height.
Overall: a great option for custom clothing, with room for improvement in how fabrics and styles are made available across designs.

Ordered two packs of samples and 6 weeks later they have not arrived. Website states 1-2 weeks. Tried to raise a ticket for a refund but couldn’t as the items had not been dispatched. Sent a message asking for a refund, no reply a week later. It is too late now to order anything for my wedding and, honestly, have zero trust in this company. Please can I have my refund?

I had a custom suit sitting in my cart for a few days. I went to purchase today not realizing that the self fabric had changed without me doing it. I found a way to change it before the order started production. The fabric I originally wanted was not listed anymore, so I assume that's why my fabric defaulted to a different color. But it was stressful. I found a decent substitute. Also, there is a customer service link offered by the AI bot that goes to a 404 error dead page.

I love the selection of styles and fabrics available for suits, blazers and shirts/blouses. I also like the customized fit! I don't have a body that fits well into off the rack blazers/suit jackets so if I want to look good I need custom made jackets. Sumissura provides the customization I need! I needed a suit for an interview
I needed a suit for an interview. I measured three times, watching the video as I did. The pants came ill-fitting, too large and baggy. I reached out to the indicated seamstress, who told me she was booking out over two months. I pinned the back of the waistband to survive the day. HOWEVER, the seam between the legs (this website won't let me use the technical term) split during the day of my interview. I later took the pants to a tailor for adjustments and to fix the seam, which he did. However the seam split again the second time I wore them. The jacket is fine, although a button has fallen off. Just really not great quality.

Measurements were made so easy by AI and then I just had to confirm them by watching the short videos on how to properly measure. Almost all the measurements were correct. Only two needed adjustment.
