Great book company

I ordered a fairly obscure book which was hard to find within the UK and Summerfield had it in stock at a very good price. Shipping times were hard to gauge as we had snow in the area but the parcel arrived well packaged and great condition. Sadly the book wasn't what I expected and my request to return it unmarked was quickly accepted by the company. A refund for the full price was made on the day the book was received along with an email keeping me updated.

Bookselling at its best

I submitted a query about a two-volume book I was interested in and received a quick reply. I then placed an order which I received, extremely well-packed, just 24 hours later. Without doubt, the best bookseller I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Excellent
I had a very polite conversation when I rang to enquire about a book. Book arrived extremely well packaged, on a next day delivery service.
Very pleased with the service I experienced and will certainly look here first when looking for a particular book
