The best whisky club.
A great way to try some amazing whisky for a really good price.
£60 every 2 months and every 2 months you get a great bottle of whisky. There's also a good chance it's a dram you would have never thought about buying for yourself.

Always interesting - always good value
The Club does what it promises. It gets interesting or 'unique' whisky to people every two months at good value. I've had whacky whiskey from the desert in Canada, to discounted Scotch, to Scotch influenced New World whisky from far flung places.

Unfortunately I had to leave after a couple deliveries, both came in poor condition, and then I bought one off their shop which was caked in dust which was really hard to get off with out damaging the bottles features. I emailed twice about not being happy but they don’t bother getting back to you. Joined another one and have had none of these issues

Sorry Terry, someone who doesn't drink whisky is never going to like a whisky subscription for whisky drinkers. Our focus is on the quality of the whisky we drink first and value we offer second. Unfortunately if you don't open the bottles you will never find that out.
The two you refer to were because you didn't like the labels we used, which are our own (we have only done three times in nearly forty bottles) and were the only way to get that quality of whisky out to our Members. One of them is sold by independent bottlers for around £80 a bottle having won the World's Best Single Malt award last year, but by putting it in our label our Members paid just £50, which included free shipping, to experience this whisky. If we spend £15 on an expensive label and heavy-weight glass bottle our Members would never be able to experience something from the World's Best Single Malt distillery at such a great price. Same with the other, a 10 year old English Single Malt from a previously unknown distillery would normally have cost a hell of a lot more, but we made the choice to get the very best whisky out to our Members and unfortunately that doesn't allow for spending lots of a bottle because you must remember that VAT is nearly £10, Alcohol duty £11, bottling fees £5, nearly £10 admin, warehousing, boxing and shipping, and if we spend £15 on the label and bottle you are now looking at having no whisky in the bottle.
I'm sorry your glass bottle was dusty, they were sent from a warehouse, where dust happens, but I've asked the warehouse to give future dusty bottles a wipe in the future. I can recommend a damp cloth for remove the dust from the shoulders of the glass bottle where it is most likely to be.
Unfortunately you joined a whisky drinker's club not being a drinker. It's a shame as our next Club Bottle was a stunning bottle that I'm sure you'd have liked looking at, but most importantly for us it was delicious and retails for £88 whilst Members paid £50 including delivery!
And yes, I saw one email from you, I just didn't know how to reply to someone joining a whisky drinker's club and complaining that they don't drink whisky. I'm sorry I missed the second as I would have replied, and have tried to call since to apologise.
As you can hopefully tell I am quite passionate about what we do, and having this low score will hurt our Club, but that's the cost to us of you not looking at what you were joining before you did
From the distilleries POV
Working as a small distillery with Summerton has been a great experience. They are honest, ethical and very professional . Their members are lucky to have a group that can earn the trust of distilleries around the world to find absolutely unique whiskies for them to try.

I have been a member of the club for just over a year now. The club is an excellent way to experience new bottles that wouldn’t normally find for yourself.
Had some really great bottles at excellent value.
The customer service from Dan is superb.

Dan sources amazing whiskies that you probably wouldn’t go out and buy. I haven’t had one that I don’t like yet!
