Completely disappointed!
I had a concerning experience with Hunter Douglas blinds and their authorized dealer, Sun-Brite Drapery. I reached out to Hunter Douglas regarding a warranty claim, and they directed me to Sun-Brite Drapery for resolution. Unfortunately, my experience with Sun-Brite Drapery was marked by a lack of communication and misleading information. After an extended delay, I received my blinds, but no repairs had been made. I believe transparency and customer service are vital in such situations, and I hope Hunter Douglas can address this issue appropriately.
