A few years ago, I made the decision to replace my outdated night storage heaters with Sunflow heaters, and it has been one of the best choices I've made for my home. Unlike my night storage heaters, with Sunflow heaters I have total control of the temperature.

Right from the start, the Managing Director (Nick) assured me that if I ever encountered any issues, I could count on their support. Recently, I encountered a minor hiccup with the heater controllers which I was unable to solve on my own.
When I reached out to the Nick, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he would be in my area for a meeting that week. He went out of his way on a very rainy & dark evening, bringing all the necessary equipment and knowledge to address the issue. Not only did he fix the controller problem, but he also taught me how to program the heaters, enabling me to control them remotely using my phone. This newfound convenience has been a game-changer, allowing me to manage my heating efficiently, even when I'm not at home.
But what truly left a lasting impression was his genuine kindness and the time he spent explaining every detail to me.

Firstly, how fast my email enquiry was responded to - I got a phone call same day AND it was a Sunday. Secondly, engineer / technician was able to visit my place within a couple of days and able to text, call, message me whilst en route to give his ETA. Thirdly, technician who arrived was clear, comprehensive and courteous throughout.
Once I had made my decision installation was arranged within two weeks and took less than an hour including programming. All done from start to finish inside 4 weeks. The product does exactly as described. Brilliant!

From the first phone call to the installation, everything has been like clockwork.
From Cassy on the phone to Marty the tech guy who measured us up it was a pleasure, now we have had them installed by Lee and Antonio it is a dream come true, old ones whisked away and shiny new ones in place. Nothing has been too much trouble, everything working and shown how to set them to our temperature, oh and cleaned up spick and span as well

A great company to deal with. From ordering to installation, all went very smoothly. When the heaters were installed the men came promptly, removed and took away the old heaters, installed the lovely new ones, set it all up for us, and left everything clean and tidy. Installation within the last 12 months was fine but recently the heater in the main room in the house will not work. My grandfather is 94, vulnerable and lives on his own and is sat in a cold room. Sunflow's response: oh we haven't got an engineer in the area!
Happy to leave an elderly and fraile man without heat, do not prioritise the vulnerable and not willing to pay for an independent heating engineer to fix the problem either.
These heaters are not cheap, installation isn't cheap and yet all we get is cheap aftercare.

The heaters are neat, and heat up very quickly. They respond well to the app on my phone, and the 'absence' mode allows me to keep the heating under control when the house is empty - I don't have to worry about watching the thermostats.
I would also say the after-sales service has been excellent - I had a problem with my password, which was solved cheerfully.

Great product and I wasn’t at home myself when the heating was installed as I was working , but the person who gave the team access said the engineers were friendly and polite.
I’ve had 5 heaters installed to replace old storage heaters and the difference is already hugely noticeable.
My home is nice and toasty , and at the moment it looks like the running costs are at least 25% less (could be more)
The overall cost was very competitive compared to others out there offering similar.

Sunflow radiators already showing themselves a great replacement for nightstore heaters. Cannot fault the professionalism and helpfulness of the engineers Rob and Rikki who fitted them. They easily remedied a problem with a radiator that had to be swapped from one room to another. Would recommend anyone considering replacements for nightstore heaters to look at Sunflow.

I started looking for a alternative heating source in the middle of June I was sent brochure and had a rep call and advise me what I would need it was all done very easily and my heaters where installed mid July . The fitters arrived on time and were very tidy making sure that I was happy and understood everything advised me how to get help if I need it I now can't wait for the old weather this year .

We exchanged our storage heaters and water cylinder for lovely modern radiators and sunamp water heater. The salesman who came initially was knowledgeable and a no pressure sales attitude. The men who installed them were clean and tidy in their working, no problem with the installing and friendly. They called first and told us what time they were coming and arrived on time. We chose this company as it had a family feel to it and we are not disappointed. Looking forward to being able to control our heating in the future.

Rod and Ricky arrived bang on time. Great pair of friendly, efficient, helpful, lads who worked tidily. After a brew they cracked on and had our radiators fitted in no time. Showed us how to work the controls and off they went. 5 star service. You would never have known they'd been. Well, except for our snazzy new radiators. Bring on the winter!!! Thanks guys.
