I have no words to say how bad it is…

I have no words to say how bad it is that "firma"is catastrophic disaster. 2 years ago ordered 3 times AREI kuring. Finally after 2 years I have it. But no premise like they promised to sell stay away from them. Liars,amateurs.

not Sungevity, take somebody else

apart from the months long delay and wrong number of panels delivered, customer support is non existent. for the converter app i gots wrong dongle delivered so it could not be installed with the rest of the installation by the installer who left me on my own with the problem. after having written and called to support 6 times i got another dongle by mail but it did not fit on the converter. i had to make some physical and electrical adaptation to make it fit. i followed detailed guidelines for the installation of the dongle but at the end it did not work. again there is nobody reachable at Sungevity support. so i have no monitoring app and i think the installation is not working properly but i have no way of investigating it. i would not recommend Sungevity because of bad organization and no support.

I made an initial scoring below. Then I called the call center and asked them to update me about the new date. Again they said that they will get back to me, guess what: NOTHING. I understand there may be some delays, but I cannot understand why they dont inform me! They say it will be installed earlier but then noone is calling us to say that it will be delayed. IT IS NOT FAIR / IT IS ABSOLUTE 1 WAY OF COMMUNICATION. I just need the estimated time of installation for my planning and I should not spend my time to follow up with the Sungevity.

Chaotic and non professional

I do not recommend working with Sungevity. This company will never inform you and after several calls to their call center, they dismiss you with false promises. They say that the project manager will contact you, but they never do.

Never seen such a non organised…

Never seen such a non organised company. They simply don't answer their emails, despite of the numerous reminders that were sent, nor do they respond to telephone calls. I would never again choose for this company if I would have to start all over.

Our system has not supplied the…

Our system has not supplied the estimated number of kw that sungevity said it would. We have only produced a little over half of what was estimated despite two of the hottest Belgian summers.
