WARNING: FAKE !!! NEVER BUY THEIR SUNGLASSES

WARNING: Never buy från Sunglass City. FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!!
I had purchased a pair of DG Sunglasses. I received the sunglasses but no authenticity papers, no cleansing tissue and the sunglasses had some scratches on the lenses.
I start emailing customer service back and forth (for over a week straight because it takes them 2 business days to email back) and I was told to send the sunglasses back, and they will refund me the money. Nothing has happened, I send email after email after email since august but no response. I begun to doubt that the sunglasses are fake so I took them to a specialist that said these are fake !!!! (made in china). I understand now why no response from customer service. I paid around 180 Euros for fake sunglasses. So be aware... I do not want that this will happen another one.

Unfortunately I did not read the review before purchase. RIan and Maria are absolutely right in what they commented.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM .

Do not even try

Do not even try! Loss of money the item I received was totally different from what I have ordered no authenticity forms.
328 euros paid for a pair of glasses did not match to the description and fake ones.
STAY AWAY
I saw your carefully written reply. I will not be able to cause any troubles to any respectful companies but these people are a big fraud

Thank you for you review Mary (María), we informed you by email that you don´t received the wrong sunglasses, you received the sunglasses that you request, and you don´t loss your money, you decided change the item for another colour. However I wrote you in email and I try to help you all the time. If you want another colour or you don´t want any item more, we just will refund your money, we have only asked you to return the sunglasses that you do not want so we can continue with the return procedure.

Stay away from this site

Stay away from this site! I bought a pair of Polaroid Sunglasses aviator style. The price was very charming, the shipping delayed more than 2 months, it came from China in spite of the Spanish site... The sunglasses are totally fake and of bad quality, They got rusted!!!!! The lenses are not polarized!!!!

Dear Samuel, your order was placed on May 22nd and delivered on June 1st. All polaroid glasses are polarized and come with their guarantee and authenticity record. Obviously not from china.
In case of complaint, you could have contacted us instead of writing a review 6 months after the purchase.
