Bought my wife a pair of sunglasses years ago. They were great but the frame snapped. I made a claim and I had a response on the lifetime warranty within a couple of hours confirming they would be replaced.
Fantastic customer service. What more could you ask for?
On this basis, I immediately ordered another pair myself and came here to leave a review.

Agree with all the remarks on here with regard to customer service. Having been a long standing customer who would previously have highly recommended their customer service, this is very disappointing. I paid extra for DHL delivery and 10 days later…..nothing! And it’s not DHL, order confirmed with Tredz this morning and received DHL collection confirmation this afternoon.
The complete lack of response from Sungod is unacceptable and increasingly worrying. I WOULD NOT recommend placing an order with the company as things stand.
Have had a couple of pairs of sungods for a while now so thought I'd treat myself to some more up to date ones. Ordered on the Sunday evening, Evri attempted delivery on the Tuesday which I missed. Evri then 'lost' the package and directed me to contact sungod. After uploading proof of the missing package to the AI chatbot I was told a member of their team would be in contact within 2 days to arrange getting the order sent out again. It's now been 5 days - no answer and £100+ out of pocket, and the 'Contact us' button on the website has stopped working leaving me unable to check on the enquiry. Sungod may claim they care they care about the environment, but they couldn't care less about their customers
First time purchasing SunGod sunglasses. Went with the Ultras. Easy purchasing process, quick delivery and the sunglasses look and feel amazing. Will be using for running, cycling and hiking. Love the brand’s values and way it’s run.

I ordered my glasses ion the 22nd Feb and paid for priority DHL delivery. I have a tracking number that says its in Swidon and has been for 2 weeks. I have tried to contact Sungod, but just get a crappy AI bot that says they will contact me. No contact at all.
Over $100 to replace lenses in their eco friendly recycled china made but UK promoted sunglasses? Fark off.

The sunglasses are decent but they’ve clearly been cost cutting. My previous pairs have come in a nice premium cardboard case, the new Zephyrs I just received came in a flimsy box that was badly crushed (looked like it had been sent like it as well). Oh and support has gone down the AI route now.
Judging by the large number of bad reviews and lots of stuff out of stock I’m guessing they are going down the drain.
Ordered a placed 24th Feb, Courier has lost the shipment, no reply from multiple requests to SunGod on all all platforms. There is clearly a reason they make it impossible to contact. Hopefully somebody will read this and reach out as its my last resort! quick enough to take my money! Xero customer service, do not use!
1. The sunglasses I received are probably prescription sunglasses which I didn’t order.
Everything is magnified when on which gave me headaches and nausea.
2. Cleaned the sunglasses once, and already showing fine scratches on the lens.
3. Delivery - I paid for next day, ordered Monday very early morning, received Wednesday. The order was dispatched on Tuesday evening.
4. They have an automatic reply that says ‘we’ll get back to you in 2-3 days as we’re busy’

Been trying to contact Sungod via customer services email 5 times now since January no reply. Renegade Model to customize 90% of frames are pre order no stock and no date when available as are the 8KO lenses. Bought some Forty2 running glasses felt cheap and very small when they arrived so returned them.
Ordered from website. Only half of my ordered arrived. Have tried to contact support via email, chat, and webform daily for more than a week with no response even though website quotes "we reply within 1 day". Was unable to take my googles on my holiday as the parts hadn't arrived. Also the part of the goggles that did arrived, came without any case or covering. Super crap
Great products, and great customer service!
SunGod have now replaced one faulty lens and repaired one that I damaged accidentally. The experience of sending the lens back and the return to me was seamless and really quick!

Dont buy from Sungod!! Paid for next day delivery, DHL not received goods, looking at other reviews it appears there’s no contact with people and just Ai bots running the show, don’t not buy anything from this company.
Sungod sent the wrong lenses (I ordered low light lenses and they have sent bright light and completely different colour) and are pretty much impossible to get in contact with to resolve this. The Contact Us button doesn't work, the email says "reply to this email" but it is a "no reply" email address. I sent a message in their portal and emailed support 5 days ago with no response so far. The portal asks if you want a copy of the email forwarded, but this does not work. To make it worse, because I ordered 'customised' I can't use the standard returns process. Overall awful experience and I have totally lost confidence in a company I really wanted to like.
Ordered a pair of lovely sunglasses from the website and paid for a case, however, the case wasnt delivered. I contacted customer services right away as I figured theyde be sent separately. Its been 5 days and havent had a response. Ive tried to contact them again to chase this up to no avail, the website isnt allowing me to contact them through the link. Terrible customer service and now without a case which I spent ten pounds on
Awful customer service; don't offer any real way of complaining other than their chat system which is AI and goes around in circles. You'll eventually get told a human will contact you in 1-2 days (it's been 5) and when you get no response; you get trapped back in the same circle of getting nowhere.
Can't comment on the sunglasses as having ordered them Wednesday morning and paid £7.95 for the next day guaranteed delivery they never turned up. Tracking shows they were never dispatched to DHL for delivery but the AI bots argue they are delivered 🙄.
Having to raise a charge back via Visa as I can't get a response from anyone at Sungod.

I had my doubts about their lifetime guarantee however after breaking my SunGod googles while skiing I gave it ago.....Just WOW!!!
The Support Team were super responsive, googles returned to them and received back completely fixed.
I have to say this company offered a service I've never experienced from any other before.
