Ordered a PTSD hat retro style and got something totally different from the picture and it was damaged due to how they packed it. Took two weeks for them finally to accept the return after 3-5 offers from them for me to keep it. Then I paid $13 to return it back for them to take another $7.99 from my return so they can send it back to the seller! Their website even states if the product is defective or damaged they will cover those fees. Never again will I buy from them!!

I think this company should be investigated for fraud. I have received an utter load of rubbish compared to the photographs I ordered from. Tried to email but my email has bounced back via MAILER-DEMON wish I knew how to get in touch with them but am unable to find a reliable address or email.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Their website description of the materials used to make the product were completely false. They refused to refund me the purchase price. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered the 4 birds that was advertised to look like stained glass, when I got them it was nothing more than cheap looking painted metal! Keep your money! 1 star is to many to rate this garbage company! This place is scamming people out of their money, and needs to be reported to their states attorney General.

I bought the natural horseshoe cross for $40.00! It is absolute garbage and very lightweight alloy. It is horseshoe shape not made from a horseshoe. Save your money; JUNk!

Very DECEPTIVE company,.... Advertised A Small Bell...each one hand crafted from Morgan Silver Dollars.... product looked amazing, and at a price 2 good 2 be true, at roughly 16.00....I ordered 3 for gifts, then started having buyers remorse, realizing the silver value alone would be twice that,... none the less I hoped for the best....What I received was cast pot metal JUNK... could NOT be more dissatisfied... Costumer service... "LOL" ...7 days 2 return w/ receipt or Proof of Purchase... and I pay the shipping...NOT KIDDING!!! ...... I'll just chalk this one up as a 50.00 lesson to the ....Sunleny.com School of Deception .........Fool me once, shame on you....Fool me twice...NOT HAPPENING!!!!! ....... If I can keep 1 person from doing business w/Sunleny it would be worth the loss and time spent on this review. One star = neg. 5 stars

This company deceptively advertises pictures of beautiful, valuable items but sells fraudulent imitation junk! I ordered 3D stained glass birds and received very cheap flat sheet metal prints of stained glass birds that look nothing like the pictures they are advertising. Worst customer service ever. Refused to refund in full even after returning items at my own expense. This company should not be allowed to do business anywhere! Several other customer complaints found online...What a SCAM!I am reporting to the BBB.

My experience mirrors the other complaints on here. Ordered the stained glass birds and received a tacky, cheap piece of sheet metal with a printed picture of birds. Totally different product to the one pictured. In the many condescending emails received, they acknowledged how the ad could be misleading, while also making the staggering claim that it clearly states the product is a print. Hint: it does not. In the end I got a 40% refund (compensation, as they called it) and I got to keep the piece of old tat. Yay! They wouldn't agree to a full refund unless I sent the product back. Fair enough, you might think. Only, they strongly advise against this and said if there was any difference to the original packaging there would be an unspecified fee. Yeah...basically they ain't doing a full refund. The product shipped from Kentucky but emails from customer service appeared to be Chinese. Total rip-off!

Worst customer service ever. Ordered what is listed as handcrafted wood carving. Turns out to be a blurred picture on a piece of cardboard. Customer service wants to give 10% credit to keep. After 4 emails now they want to offer a 30% refund to keep or I can pay to return the damaged product and pay a processing fee of 7.99. What a joke. Disputing my credit card.

Received piece of GARBAGE order of the 2 birds (trust). WHAT A SCAM! It was 2 birds that looked cut out and paper flat/thin, NOT a beautiful resin like what was advertised. I am reporting to the BBB. When I tell you this was a piece of GARBAGEI will never order from here and any chance I get in different platforms will let everyone know not to waste their money!!!

The worst piece of garbage I have ever purchased, not at all like the picture. This company should not be allowed to do business anywhere but China. I have been trying to get a refund but they are being very dishonest about that too. STAY AWAY from these fraudulent people

Be VERY careful about ordering from ANY of these companies out of China. I ordered $140 worth the stuff from a company out of China with the name "appiies4077" and "appiies4088 also representing a closing bed and bath sale, this was back in August 2023. All items were very low priced to sell quickly. They provided questionable tracking, but I never, to this day, December 14, 2023 have received a single item I ordered or a refund! They are nothing but SCAMMERS, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHINA!!!!!!! You will more than likely never receive what you ordered or receive a refund!!

Very deceptive - don't spend your money at this company.
Purchased three of the bird statues - the pictures show 3D stained glass birds but received printed flat iron cutouts - looked afterwards at the description and it does say printed flat iron pieces.
The pictures don't match the description - very misleading (no doubt on purpose). If they'd shown the actual printed flat metal birds, no one would buy it.

I ordered a blanket from this company and they sent it to the wrong address.i tried for a week to fix the problem but nobody will get back to me.
Do not deal with this company. They do not even stand by the delivery.
You will be throwing your money away.

Follow up review. On damaged goods received (due to improper packaging), Sunleny offered a 20% refund or refund if a postage paid return. Most goods would not warrant the return postage cost. Suggest reading their return policy carefully. I believe it to be their responsibility to deliver in as advertised condition. Buyer should not be responsibly for negligent packaging. Pictures provided a clear understanding. I would never purchase from them again.

Please do not order from this company they are not a honest company. They do not stand by their product. I ordered two wooden letter banks, one was fine, but the other they tried to send me was very obviously used. There were scratches all over the plexiglass, no film covering the plexiglass, gouges in the wood also you can see where the wood is split and broken, when I emailed them it was back and forth emails, then they told me that I could send it back to China and shoulder the expense. They tried to give me $3.00 back to keep it. I paid $26.99 each and a tip of $8.10 total 62.08. I told them I did not want a used one, how can you give your grandkids, one gets a new one and the other a used scratched broken one.
Terrible company, if I knew it was in China I would never have ordered them. I wish I could attach pictures everyone deserves to see.

I ordered a Christmas gift from these folks the first week in December. There is no mention that all this stuff comes shipped from China and since it was a CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT it seemed reasonable to expect it before Christmas especially when I ordered it 3 weeks before Christmas. When it hadn't arrived, I contacted them to complain, I got a tracking number for the China mail (which was worthless) and that was it. 5 days after Christmas it arrived. They refused to refund my money and never responded to my complaint. So if you need something soon (like in the next month) forget these guys.

Appears I am not the only person to be “duped” by this fly by night company! Purchased an ornament 12/15/22, -17.99 + $4.99 shipping. I am in California and item is addressed from Chino, Ca. Which is 400 miles away. Did not receive until 1/3/23! Thought I would be getting an actual ornament ball and was shocked to see an about 2 inch flat piece of plastic that I would not have paid $1 at a garage sale. TOTAL PIECE OF CRAP! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 4 Christmas ornaments that on the picture looked as resin figurines. I received 4 ridiculous flat fridge magnet looking plastic things for an exuberant $17.40 price each! That's a fraudulent company, hope they get caught.
