Poor customer service.
My husband died and I ask for solar panel loan to be transferred to my name. I sent the reqiuired documents and was told that the Backoffice would process the transfer. After several phone calls over several weeks.
A representative gave me the phone number to Capital Turnstile, which handles the account now. No previous Sunlight representative including supervisor explained the protocol to me and explained the loan would be transferred. Very poor customer service.
