I used Sunny Eco to build my single storey extension 2 years ago, to re-do my bathrooms and re-decorate my house.

Sunny is a great guy and had many great ideas on how I could make the most of my space. He has some great connections for materials & suppliers from carpets to tiling and flooring. I love the sky light that he's put in for me. It's sleek and adds so much light into my home. I'm happy with the changes made to my house. Big thanks to Sunny Eco.

I had 6 new windows fitted and a new composite door last week. Excellent sell, then later on I decided to change handles for Black (no problem). Team came to do the work, very nice, hardworking chap. Completely trustworthy, so I went on to work. No mess and he even put the shutters back before putting my key through the letter box. Thank you so much. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service.

A very professional job and clean and tidy workmen. Would definitely recommend! My sister has now had new windows installed by Sunny Eco on my recommendation and is equally delighted with the results.

I have been holding on to the thought of leaving a review for last 8 months, and giving SunnyEco every opportunity to rectify the issues. And they have failed.

We contracted SunnyEco back in August 2021 for a conservatory project upwards of £35k. They took 25% deposit 5 months in advance of the project starting. The project for estimated for 4 weeks, and ended up being more than 12 weeks. They will always use weather as the excuse but reality is out of the total 20 odd days out of 12 weeks that had labour on our site, 60% days were Saturdays.

Their workmanship is not just poor but also needs constant supervision else they cut as many corners as they can. Their so called project manager and surveyor “xxx” mostly managed the staff over the phone with rare visits to site. They mostly used subcontractors (who only appeared on Saturdays) for major work like foundations, plastering, tiling, screed.

Its been 8 months since the project was completed and there have been condensation and leak issues which they have failed to address. They FENSA membership is now terminated, so is IWA insurance backed warranty.

I am aware of a minimum of three court cases against them, they have failed to appear in mediation for all three and only provide false evidence to court so far.

They have been reported to Trading Standards, Financial Ombudsman and Citizen Advice Consumer service pending enforcement.

Their director “Vxxxxxxx Mxxx” has several Phoenix companies registered with similar names, rotating addresses and directors (Kxxxx Rxxxxxx being one of them) , and have been phoenixing for several years.

More than 50% of the positive reviews for this company are fake, or have conflict of interest.

Avoid this company or any of their sister companies like a plague.

THIEVES - they stole £25K of my money and destroyed my house - I will not let this go - I will get compensation

This company responded to my quotation request for a patio door and initially seemed like a good option. Malcolm, their sales rep provided the quotation and flamboyant verbal assurance of quality and speed of implementation swiftly sending a contract and requesting deposit transfer. Once the deposit was in their bank things became difficult. The survey was first delayed and then postponed due to the alleged personal and health issues of the surveyor. Around 5 weeks later, when I started getting worried, they send people to measure, making it clear they were not surveyors but “measurers”. I followed up asking for the confirmation that the order has gone to the manufacturing and will be ready on-time for the agreed deadline only to receive the following email: “Unfortunately we will not be able to provide you 4 panel slider for contracted price but can supply 2 panel instead. If you still want a 3 panel or 4 panels there will be additional charge i.e £799 extra 3 panel £1598 extra for 4 panel”.
This is 50% rise of the initially agreed price. I asked them to telephone me to discuss what caused this change and to work out the way forward, but my emails and voice messages were left unanswered. They since have refunded me my deposit having used it as free credit for 7 weeks. Sunny Eco offered no explanation or apologies leaving me very disappointed and having to deal with a delayed project. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This business is now closed. Sam ( the boss) had a bereavement in the family and disappeared to India and the company has effectively ceased to function. Anyone with outstanding claims is wasting their time

We had a conservatory built by Sunny Eco at the beginning of 2022 at a cost of £39 k and it still has not been completed in accordance with the contract,
The workmanship is very poor and damage to our property has still not been put right. I could bore you with full details of faults, poor communication, broken promises and poor customer service etc etc. However, I doubt that it will make any difference. How this company is allowed to continue trading is beyond me. They seem to be untouchable and the 10 year guarantee is not worth the paper it’s written on.
Take heed, if you want to waste your time and money, go ahead and engage them but do not expect a quality end product. The work force they use are unskilled and Micro managed by phone so no on site supervision given to men. Sunny Eco are now ignoring all communication with us and we have exhausted all a avenues to get a resolution to our problems.
Go for a company with a good reputation and don’t make our mistake of being drawn in by their front man into buying a product from a company that fails to deliver on every level.

I can reiterate DJ's comments below. Exactly the same thing happened to us. We have now been recommended to pull the conservatory down and start again using professionals. Please do not use this company. I can assure you I am definitely a previous customer of Sunny Eco - goodness, I wish I wasn't. You might not have me as this name in your records but I can assure you I have to live with your shoddy work every day.

We were recommended by our friends who used them in the past, and wanted to help local independent business. Not only they gave us slim sliding doors we wanted, installed 4 days before Christmas. Top team of professionals. Highly recommended:)

Sunny Eco Team delivered exactly as they promised. The window fitters worked extremely hard and made a perfect job of the installation. They also cleaned up and respected my home. The product is very good quality and the finished job looks fantastic. 100% satisfaction. We recommend Sunny Eco to friends and definetly use them for future projects.

We wanted a new kitchen in our recently extended home in Walton . Had quotes from Wren , magnet and few other. Sunny eco was not the cheapest but gave us what we wanted. Tall cabinets right to the ceiling. Best decision. Will definitely use them for future projects.

Initially paid to change double glazed UNITS. Whilst changing Sunny Eco damaged my window FRAMES. Got a refund via bank dispute, Sunny Eco quickly visited me and we agreed a resolution. I paid them a further £2500 in full and final settlement to change the FRAMES and we signed agreement. I didn't respond to the bank in time confirming our resolution and the bank repaid Sunny Eco the initial payment again, although we had resolved. Sunny Eco would not refund me having being paid twice and having our written agreement that it was settled after the £2500 My double glazed units have a thin dusty film inside, making my windows look dirty and they did not fill around the windows frames properly outside which has caused damp on the inside of my house around the window. I have been trying to get them back since August 21 and to date 10th December, they have not come to see the problems. Once they have your money, very poor customer service and poor business integrity. Its pure luck if you get a good service. Use at your peril.

We have experienced terrible service from sunny eco and it is still ongoing. We were informed they were part of the governments scheme which then turned out not to be the case! We had our windows fitted and they made such a mess of our home that we had to pay our builders more money to re-do work and sunny eco took zero responsibility. They also fitted a window that wasn’t up to standard and cracked within one week. It’s in our young daughters bedroom and we are still waiting almost a year later for it to be replaced as they’re avoiding. Wish we never have used this company and we are in touch with trading standards

I have used Sunny Eco to replace my windows and back door.
Their quotes were clear and concise and I was happy with their offer. They showed me a sample of the window I had chosen.
The timings I was given were reasonable and accurate and I was notified of the timetable.
The work was on time and done to a high standard. The fitters were polite, personable and cleared up after themselves.
I am very satisfied with the whole service and the standard of work and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Had a quote for over £12k and when I advised I had an alternative for under £8k they immediately knocked 40% off. Made me feel they had been trying to rip me off rather than pleased with the reduction so I decided to proceed with the other cheaper quote and received a very rude response from the rep. Very disappointing customer service as I certainly wouldn't recommend them now.
I did not buy due to the service received- this is not a fake review, however it is correct I never became a customer of theirs.

Amazing service from start to finish. Contacted Sunny Eco for a rear extension and some refurbishment to my house and from day one, i was so pleased with the excellent service and advice received from the team. Works were completed within the time frame and price was reasonable too. Thank you so much.
