Pathetic service experience.
I was contacted by this company and their representative visited my home for almost 3 hours to explain me benefits and preaching about how good this company is.
I would like to summarize pathetic experience we had with them which is still ongoing.
Without knowing many details about their work ethics and working etiquettes, we contracted them for floor insulation, solar panels and heat pump since June this year:
1) So far, they have made so many false promises, solar panels were installed in 3 separate bookings which was not confirmed.
2) They keep on doing false promises about floor insulation and heat pump since last 2 months but still not done.
3) Salesperson says, contact some other guys and other person are not answering/respecting customer time and schedule.
4) Today, solar installation guys came, broke tile on our roof, water was coming in our room, and they went without explaining how to operate mobile app or any guidance.
what a pathetic company, i would never recommend this company to anyone. there is no way, i could give -ve rating otherwise i would have done that. Super bogus fellows, no support, completely unorganized, not trustworthy.
Please never/ever contract them.
