Your debit card and support is non existent. your store manager does not treat all people the same
Your debit card sucks. without knowing the the card is limited the store outside of Branford Florida wanted to have me arrested after using my card because it was more fuel that the card allowed. I told them to take the fuel out ut no they wanted to call law enforcement instead of letting me drive 2 mile and bring the money back. Even thought everyone in the store knew me including the manage who wanted me arrested if i left without paying to go get the cash. I buy over 500 dollars worth of fuel a week at that store. but not any longer. nor will any family member of friend i know and i know a lot of people around branford fl and 6 counties surrounding. I asked to speak to the managers supervisor and she did not let me nor would she give me her number or any supervisors number. I then called Law enforcement to get the problem resolved. Its a real shame the you have to call the law on one of your stores. I asked the clerk what would she do if a person drove off without paying. She stated she would try to get in touch with the person and have them come back and pay. Mistakes are made and her response was amicable.
But when I asked to go get the funds and return it was not acceptable even though i lived 2 miles away. Double standard. I know several people who have driven off mistakenly with $ 500 dollars worth of fuel and more but they were not arrested. they returned and paid. Good By sunny saver.
