New Pro Subscription as of 2/19/2026, bill due 3/19/2026 they are harassing me about updating my payment to give them open access to my account. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY BANK ACCOUNT OUTSIDE OF ME LOCKING MY CARD TO PREVENT AND ELIMATE FRADULNT ACTIVITIES. The real issue is how do they even know my card is lock? Did they try to access it? Be careful with this app. My account access has been suspended with all music rights and access after only 5 days of services over $40.00 have been taken from my account. According to them stated in email that is only for credits. I have only been a subscriber for 5 DAYS. Signed up for Pro changed to Premium back to Pro. there are providing contradictory statements

Been waiting for a month for my 'Pro-subscription' to be active, and still no action from customer support. Customer service is practically non-existent. This lack of support will be the death of them as a company. I suggest everyone in the same boat do what I'm going to do., intitiate a chargeback to them from my bank to get my money back!

Dont get a subscription if you want to add instrumentals to your song. Its terrible and the customer service doesnt help you at all. I just lost money on this service and will not ever subscribe again.

Suno has charged me for 3 months after I cancelled. I've emailed their customer service multiple times with AI responses that don't solve the problem.
My account says I am on the free service, yet I'm still charged every month for the paid service.
I have no way of contacting them as it seems AI runs their email support as well.
They are now using my card details without permission.

I paid for a month of Pro because the free version was unusable, yet I still can't create a song on day two due to options not available. Suno support is impossible to contact.

It made a beautiful song for my son... I wanted to share it so I tried to buy the program so I could share it on his wall for his birthday... (my son passed 2 years ago), and it took my card number and had me put my PV number in and then still denied me... I know the money was there... then told me I agreed to its terms of service until I cancel... never saw no terms of service and no option to cancel. Seems like a money grabbing scam to me so I emptied my account, and I will be going to the bank tomorrow to cancel my card.

This company appears to be totally dishonest. After paying a yearly subscription i was denied access to the platform and now unable to unsubscribe. The support is not responding to any of my emails.
I would suggest that if you are contemplating using this platform --DON'T

Suno is a lot like gambling. Initially you are hooked in because it seems fun - maybe you experience some beginner's luck, and so you fork out money believing that you'll get your money's worth of future lucky experiences. But with constant bugs, tools that sound impressive that don't actually work, and constant poor quality output, you end up paying to desperately chase the temporary high that comes on the rare occasions that you get lucky and produce a quality song. If you care about quality, you will drive yourself mad trying to justify your 10 or 30 dollars a month.

It's a poor quality product being oversold and under-delivering.

I made a song thinking could edit it properly in the editor as I paid for pro. I have messaged support and billing for a refund as the song is also missing words. I haven't heard from them. I believe I should've entitled to a refund given I've tried it for a week

I was absolutely thrilled with the Suno.ai — but only until the first real problem appeared.

As soon as you encounter an issue, customer support responds very politely, tells you they are “working on it,” and asks you to “sit tight.” And that’s where it ends. Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing actually happens.

In my case, Suno successfully charged me for the renewal of my Pro subscription — but somehow “forgot” to activate the subscription itself. I was billed, yet I received no Pro access. Since then, the company has continued to act as if nothing happened.

It doesn’t matter how well a service works when everything goes smoothly. What really matters is how problems are handled — especially when customers are paying for the service. Unfortunately, in this case, that’s exactly where Suno fails.

Was using it, enjoyed it for a bit, got the annual plan, but I took a break for a month and come back to SUNO changing it so I can't sign in with my phone, so I can't even use the account I paid for because taking the access via phone number option away, my account was deleted.

They contacted me, but after saying they would help, been a long time of procrastinating and nothing.

Just ghosted by sunos customer service for a couple months now.

Took my money and deleted the account without notice or anything.

I've been working on a song with a political charge for my novel for months, if not over a year, and it kept getting the lyrics flubbed and messed up. No other songs fought me so hard. Other users reported a similar experience. SUNO seem to be sabotaging users' speech when it is inconvenient to them with stealth algorithmic sabotage. If it is indeed true, this is disgusting. A TOOL platform should not censor legally protected speech. This is a typical move of corporate fascism.

This is a fraudulent company. It charged my account and I'd never even heard of them. I see they've done this to many people. How are they still in business and not in jail??

At first I loved the app, I made 5 nice songs I like. I’ve tried to log in using the web browser as that is the only way to download the songs with .wav which is the recommended file to use. I can’t log into my account. It connects to a different account when I use my number. When I try and log into using my email it acts like I don’t have an account. I’m logged on with the app and it doesn’t show your email address on settings but I know which email I’ve used due to the payments made each month. I’m starting to think it’s a scam or the app can’t handle the amount of people using it. I’m so annoyed as I just created an account on distro kid to start putting out the music I’ve made. Honestly I wish I read the reviews before I started.

Iv been enjoying Suno , I’m not using the app as I can’t see it very well and have Parkinsons, so it’s difficult, , so I go on line, but for some reason I can’t down load can any one help with this.

Worst experience I have had with a subscription or website or service. Shame on you

This used to be a useful platform to take my own melodies and lyrics and get polished output. Ever since December 2025, it’s garbage. It ignores all prompts and will constantly put out tween vocals with genres you didn’t even ask for (usually in hip-hop or club EDM crap). I’m prompting more for the “styles to avoid” box than I am the actual style prompt itself because it has become so ridiculous, and it still ignores it. Mispronounces common words ALL the time, remixes and remasters slaughter what you originally liked about the track, and they insist you always generate two songs at once (which you CANNOT change), and every time, one track is a muddy mess and the other sounds better but will include random words not in your lyrics, forcing you to waste more credits and consistently repeat the same process.

If you’re one of those TikTokkers who plug ChatGPT lyrics into this, do a single-click generation with no musical or artistic input from yourself, then post some “hook” video of yourself pretending to sing the Suno output (which, admittedly, these are HILARIOUS to watch, as it couldn’t be more obvious these wannabes are NOT singing), then you’ll love it and can easily promote your fake talent to anyone stupid enough to believe it.

If, on the other hand, you write your own music and lyrics but can’t afford to hire a band to record it, Suno has become worthless. And what a shame. It can absolutely be a platform for non-musical people to pretend they are, for sure, but not at the expense of people who use their own music and lyrics to be constantly presented with generated garbage ad nauseam. Suno used to be a platform that promoted creativity and originality for actual songwriters, now it promotes delusions for social media fakes.

A very underwhelming experience and they charged me twice after I cancelled my subscription and didn’t even reply to my email after I notified them.

I HAVE BEEN REPORTING TO SUNO SUPPORT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH, ABOUT LOW AUDIO QUALITY AND SERVER OVERLOAD, BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO ACTION FROM THEM AT ALL
