I want to share my genuine experience with Sunray Web Solutions because finding the right SEO company was not easy for me. I live in the USA, and when I first approached Sunray, my website had almost zero traffic. The site was brand new, had no authority, no rankings, and honestly, no inquiries at all. I had worked with other agencies before, but most of them only talked about backlinks and promises, not real strategy.

I get an email from Penter using a gmail address. stating "With your permission I would like to send you an audit report of your website with prices showing you a few things to greatly improve these search results for you. May I send you a quote, Price List?"

I reply, ok. I then get an email from someone named Ravi using this company's email address, asking for my website address. Why would he ask for my URL when the first guy knows my website URL? Anyway, I never get the report/

It is the clear click bait emails these types of companies blast out. They use disposable email addresses with fake peoples name so when they get caught and their email is deleted, they can make another one over and over again.

They never looked at or even know your website address. They hope you reply, then they get your email address, and then another person jumps in and with their standard BS.

Promised 1st page results for specific keywords and over a 6 month SEO programme delivered absolutely nothing. One keyword still ranking at over 200!

Ravi kept promising results and I kept paying the invoices, more fool me. Down over $500 and nothing to show for it.

So i dont know where to start so i will start with their Fake Promises...
I have hired them for 1 month PPC and thought it would be great for a new business like ours.
I Worked with a Guy name Sanjay, he said he is a developer and he does PPC work as well.
At first he setup everything for me like Keywords, Bad Keywords, ETC weeks passed but not even a single sale came.
I asked him what is the issue so he was like my website is not USER FRIENDLY so i did some changes to make it USER FRIENDLY but again no sales, he asked me to increase Daily budget which again i did but still not even a single sale.
From the last 1 Week he is not even replying to my employees.
and Today i got to know from Google that on this guy haven't created a shopping campaign as he created a display campaign...
What the Hell is this.????????
I have wasted my time money everything.
Request you guys not to go with these scammers.

Very bad SEO,
It does not live up to the expectations and everything is a lie, the cheap goes expensive.

I have been working with Ravi (Partner of Sunray) for almost a year. In the beginning he would boast how good his SEO company was and made promises of delivering 1st page of Google for 20 keywords. I ask him what would happen if Sunray did not deliver on their promise. Ravi said I guarantee that all your 20 keywords will be on 1st page of Google or we will work for free until that goal is reached or give your money back. when we started this process with you. There was guarantee of the 1st page of Google in 4 months and if that was not met you would continue for free as part of our signed agreement.

However, it looks to me that after 4 months their SEO team just stop working on our website and NONE of our keywords were on the 1st page of Google. My last email to Ravi was "It doesn’t feel like your company is living up to your commitments." His response was "Zzzzz" nobody is home as he is in India. Lesson learned, if it's too good to be true, it's probably a scam. BTW- Ravi did offer to make my keywords 1st page of Google if I submit more payment. This after I made an agreement which he signed... What can you do, he's in India, something to think about when you want to work with this company.
