Online appointments blocked and yet they advise patients to use online service on their website. Clearly deliberate misinformation and lie. When one calls the surgery for an appointment, there is long delay. Very frustrating and unnecessary. The last thing a sick and in pain person needs is to wait long time on phone waiting for an appointment! Seems that they don't care about patient pain or inconvenience.
