Would chose Sunset again
From booking to return of car customer service was excellent. I made changes to the booking several times before pick up and they were dealt with quickly and without fuss. The pickup at Perth airport was easy with the staff member giving me all the information both verbally and written. We had no trouble with the car and was given the car we expected. The return was as easy. All in all I would chose Sunset again.

Wonderful helpful team.
Wonderful helpful team from start to finish, our hire experience was super easy! The team at Sunset rent a car Sunshine Airport were so helpful and accommodating with our car hire needs. We were able to have a baby carseat installed prior to our arrival so it was ready to go, airport pick up and drop off was so easy and the car was sparkling clean. Highly recommend this friendly team, we will defiantly hire again.

The state and condition of the vehicle…
The state and condition of the vehicle was very good. It was concerning that the doors locked after the vehicle started and no matter how many times I pushed the unlock it relocked which gave us the feeling of being trapped in a moving vehicle.
After travelling at speeds of 80 or 100 the vehicle tended to over ref when coming down to 60 or less.
The above was verbally expressed on the vehicles return.
