Poor workmanship when redecorating
This review relates to Sunshine Property Maintenance Ltd, company registration number 7781570 (England and Wales). They were contracted by my letting agent to paint the ceilings and walls of my bathroom. There was apparently no preparation or pre-cleaning - areas of the wall where existing paint was already peeling were not rubbed down, so within 4 weeks of completing the job the new paint had started to peel off. No effort was made to cover the sanitary wear or shower screen, so these were covered in paint splashes. There was extensive paint on the light pull switch and the window frame. I took plenty of photographs! Please do not waste money on this contractor, they do not use a reasonable standard of care in their work.
