Did a online chat as my system was not working and within minutes the lady found the issue and sorted it just a firmware update needed and was done in 5 minutes.

My SunSynk inverter was damaged by a ham fisted installer ( coms wire yanked out bringing the socket and part of a printed circuit board with it). SunSynk repaired it, tested it and returned it to me within a week on the warranty! Excellent customer service and communication, very good product and company.

I’m quite upset with Sunsynk. I have had my system for just under two years at a cost of £12k
The system broke down and after countless messages back and forth with Sunsynk I had to get an installer to come out to my house to diagnose the problem
I had to pay for an hours labor for a diagnostic which I understand needs paying
The installers then spoke with Sunsynk who said there was a fault with the system and the inverter needed to be sent back for repair. But now Sunsynk refuses to pay for the labor even after admitting there was a fault with their equipment
So I’m now £328.80 down on something they should have covered
So keep in mind if you spend thousands on a Sunsynk system the warranty isn’t what it’s made out to be and I do not recommend this company. They are very helpful when you want to buy something but don’t want to know when there’s a problem

I had a query about a new feature. Contacted Sunsynk by phone who suggested I try "Chat" and guided me how to do it (which I did). The chat support operator was most helpful. As they say - Sorted.

It is not often Tech support Teams gain praise but they should.
We have fitted Sunsynk inverters and batteries for the last five years and so have been there as Sunsynk has expanded and grown into the UK market. The Tech Support Team has always been responsive and helpful but as Sunsynk' s business has grown the service has not only kept pace with this growth but has evolved and improved. The service and team should be commended.
Another area of after sales service of considerable importance is warranty. Unfortunately things do break and when they do you want reassurance that the warranty repair or replacement is there. I have found the warranty support to be excellent.
