I have recently had solar panels fitted and downloaded the app to see how they were working. It was easy to understand and helpful. When my husband wanted to access data on our solar panel system I used the help to find out how to give him access. Despite asking on a sunday on the support line I got prompt help and he was able to view the app on his own device.

I've had a Sunsynk solar system for a couple of years now, and their helpdesk and app chat function have proved to be invaluable on several occasions. Both for assistance in resolving settings issues, and obtaining technical guidance and information, so much better than my rubbish installer.
It's great kit, and their support is fast and informative.

Had my solar system installed a couple of months ago which included the Sunsynk inverter and 2 x batteries, everything was working great until a couple of days ago the app suddenly stopped showing what I was generating/exporting etc. but the screen on the inverter was showing everything as working fine. Started a chat with the online support and they remotely fixed the app issue within minutes so everything is working again. Really happy with the support and how quickly they responded to the issue.

Had a Sunsynk solar system fitted by a local Exeter based company 12 months ago and due to a change of Broadband supplier lost my link to the Sunsynk App……installation company have been absolutely no use at all, in fact deliberately ignoring my requests to assist on this and a waterproofing issue on my panels. Contacted Sunsynk Customer Service direct as I was struggling with the reconnection of the App……my word, Joy was absolutely outstanding…..completely professional and sympathetic to my lack of knowledge with anything techy. She talked me through the process very patiently making me feel like a truly valued customer….thank you Joy, you are a credit to the company.

This is overall a good solar company and the only slight downside is that because its a China company, things may get lost in translation (or issues get logged in China as main support is there) but if you get a good reseller in the UK then the products are of a good quality and are reliable. I would recommend their products.

Initially I was more than happy to recommend Sunsynk to anyone who was looking at having batteries fitted to their system and did indeed recommend to many people. However, down the line I had an issue with my Data logger not sending info to my app.
Chat line brill, tested via their system and confirmed saying there was no internet connection to the Data Logger, Had Virgin out and after 30 mins of checking things out ( very knowledgeable young chap) concluded the Data logger wasn’t working, sending no info out and showing no lights on it.
Had the original installer out and via his communication with Sunsynk helpline he had to bypass a chip that wasn’t working?? Problem solved BUT it cost me £80 call out fee to repair something in WARRANTY and informed they didn’t cover this. NOT A HAPPY CHAPPY, hasten to add my recommendation’s will not be the same.
Very,Very disappointed ☹️

I wanted to merge my two Sunsynk inverters in the app but had no idea how to do it. So I asked how on their Facebook page and had a reply in very little time, which I still found a bit confusing as I'm not techy. The issue was sorted remotely within an hour.

Excellent customer support! Needed assistance with my battery timer settings. Called and spoke to an extremely friendly agent in the call center. Was advised to contact the 24/7 chat through the app. Received amazing prompt service and my timers were set. System runs perfectly. Can’t recommend Sunsynk highly enough!

I wanted to update my Sunsynk 5.5 hybrid inverter software. I logged a ticket and received a quick response in less than 24 hours and the software was updated. Im using this inverter for more than 3 years and still impress on the quality and service.

Sunsynk is my goto inverter. Reason, their app works very well. The call center response is very good. Only thing is, I had to get a repair out of a box fault. I had to wait for a replacement from JB that took weeks. Sunsynk should open a repair center in Cape Town as well. Deye has one in Cape Town.
