Ski trip with everything taken care of
If you want a ski trip where everything is taken care of look no further. I used them for my ski vacation and it was great. During booking you can select all additional stuff that you might need (transfer, equipment...). All is left for you is to enjoy the slopes.
P.S. flight back home was canceled due to storm and in that moment I was really happy that I booked via agency because they helped me and guided me in order to get on a next flight.

It was ok
It was ok, after some research i see that i could have booked it cheaper myself with better flight times. When I requested to change the flight times without any refund, they just replied I should have checked the terms and conditions. That is true sure, but the flights I wanted to change were cheaper than the ones I booked. They offered to change the flights for another 240 euro.

When booking flights directly through the airline, different rules and prices sometimes apply compared to booking them as part of a package through a tour operator.
If you book non-flexible flights, the airline charges fees for changing them; we have no influence on this. Even if the airline offers the same flights at a different price on their own website, you may have to pay extra for a change if you booked the flights with a tour operator.

Children not with parents on plane
Loved the trip and hotel. Unfortunately they put my 9 years old on the other side of the plane both flights. This is not ok. I had to make quite a discussion to get this corrected at the airports. Not a great way to start or end your holiday....

Felt Like Home – Amazing Hotel with Wonderful Staff
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Sibora, Maria and Dimitri – three amazing people who are always ready to help and make you feel at home.
The accommodation was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. Every morning, Elisabeth greeted us with a big smile and great service, together with the lovely lady clearing the tables and serving coffee.
By the pool, Alex, Mike, Adriana and Grasiel made sure we had everything we needed – friendly faces, great service and tasty dishes. Even the cleaning lady deserves a special mention for her kindness and care.
We stayed for a week, but it truly felt like we had been coming here for years. A fantastic hotel that we can wholeheartedly recommend! 🌞
