I applied to the admin & customer service role at this company. A day later was offered a video interview later in the day which they never turned up to. I was waiting on the call which wasted my time. They then sent a generic rejection email the next day. Was very unprofessional and disappointing as I’ve been having a rough time applying for jobs so to have hope and then not even getting a chance to do an interview was a shame.
