It may be too late to write a review .I bought a kenwood pro 1600 meat grinder from super10count.fr in 2012 because it was only a little cheaper, but a month after delivery, when I used it, I saw that it was defective and did not grind the meat well. It seems that they are selling defective items to people and they are scammers and thieves, and it is interesting that after 8 years, I see that this website is still selling damaged and unusable items to people and no one is stopping it.

Nous avons commandé une machine à laver. Nous avons vérifié à la livraison (lorsque l'emballage était dessus), tout semblait aller bien. Après avoir ouvert l’emballage, une grosse bosse était visible sur le côté mais était cachée sous le polystirene . La machine à laver saute pendant le fonctionnement, elle est déséquilibrée à cause de la bosse. Nous ne pouvons pas l'utiliser comme ça.
La société ne veut ni rembourser ni la réparer, car elle a déclaré que nous aurions dû signer un document lors de la livraison du produit, indiquant que le lave-linge était endommagé. Mais a ce moment, la bosse n'était pas visible !!!! C'est donc une arnaque. Je suis sûr à 100% qu'ils étaient au courant du dégat et ils nous l'ont livrée car ils savaient que les dommages ne serait pas visibles sous l'emballage. Une machine à laver a 430 euros ...
Nous avons acheté la machine à laver via Darty et ils se moquent bien de vendre les produits d’une entreprise d’escroquerie.
Ils vendent des produits endommagés qui aurait du etre mis au rebut.
Nous allons les signaler à l'organisation de protection des consommateurs en France pour les deux compagnie, Super10count pour l’arnaque et Darty pour le manque de vérification de leur vendeurs tiers.

We ordered a washing machine. We checked it at delivery (when the packaging was on it) everything seemed fine. After we opened the packaging a big dent was visible on the side but was hidden under the plastic packaging. The washing machine moves left and right during operation, it is out of balance because of the dent. We cannot use it like this.
The company doesn't want to refund or reimburse NOR repair it because they said that we should have signed a document when the product was delivered saying that the washing machine was damaged. But that time, the dent was NOT visible!!!! Therefore it's a scam. I'm 100% sure that they knew about the dent and they delivered it to us because they knew the damage is not visible on the packaging. The washing machine was 430 euros...
We bought the washing machine through Darty and they don't care at all that they are selling the products of a scam company.
They are selling damaged products which they didn't scrap.
We are going to report them to the consumer protection organisation in France, for both company, Super10count for the scam and Darty for the lack of verification of their third-party sellers.
