SuperBiiz.COM stopped taking orders January 8, 2020, but still seems to be running a couple of shadow operations as "ewiz/e-wiz .com" and "iMicros" on eBay, with some sort of relationship with distributor "MA/Ma Labs," which also communicates as "SuperBiiz."

The absolute worst experience I have ever had ordering anything from online! This company took my money immediately and waited 5 days to ship the item, then used the slowest shipping available! My child will not have the item for Christmas due to them taking 2 weeks to get the item to me! This was not advertised this way at all! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are looking to get the item promptly you will be waiting 2 weeks or more to get the item! I have called their customer service multiple times and only get the same answer “ the item will ship today”! Everyday the same answer!

Do not go with these guys if you need your parts quickly. They do not attempt to get your parts to you in the amount of time selected in the checkout options. Parts remain in their warehouse for days after ordered, and when questioned about it, they just tell you you can wait or cancel the order. When asked follow up questions they stop responding to emails. I am still waiting to see my order leave the warehouse.

I'm posting this review again since I just noticed SuperBiiz got Trustpilot to take it down for "violating terms of service" :)

I paid for my motherboard with no issues,then they shipped it out then told the shipping company to ship it back to them without any notice to me at all after waiting 9 days. When I called up to ask why Alan said I called up to ship it back to them which why would I do that, I leave this country in a month and need my parts now. They didn’t even intend on refunding me for this. Then I asked for a refund and proof of a refund and Alan didn't give it after saying he would, so I emailed him, and he still didn't give it.

They contacted me multiple times immediately since "for an unknown reason" (their words not mine) my bank declined a cooler which I just ended up getting from NewEgg the same day but wouldn't contact me at all for them taking back my motherboard which I paid $329.49 for.

Go somewhere less shady and don’t bother contacting support since they don’t care and are unwilling to assist.

I have ordered items from superbiz before and they always have amazing shipping. Its probably because how close I live to San Jose but still always great prices and shipping time.

Strict shipping policies, extremely slow shipping, and an exceptionally unfriendly return policy. Look somewhere else to buy your computer parts. You might pay $10-15 more, but it's worth it to avoid the hassle.

**Building a Gaming PC** If you buy from Superbiiz.com and opened the item you cannot return it. Also if the item is unopened they charge you a 15% restocking fee. This is completely a unfriendly place to shop as a consumer with compete out of date returning methods. I made the mistake of ordering one wrong part, opened the box and installed it. Cannot return... Stole my money. You are better going to Best Buy, Micro Center or a similar place where they offer FREE returns on all goods opened and unopened between 14 to 30 days. Don't make the same mistake as me. All Superbiiz is good for is price matching.

The RMA process stinks. My MB was delivered in a timely manner but was DOA. I had to PAY my own postage to return the unit.
The return process took almost exactly ONE MONTH. The product I finally received was refurbished. If I wanted a refurbished product, I would have purchased it on the secondary market for a much lower cost. The refurbished unit works fine, but I will not purchase from SuperBiiz again. The return cost me time & money. You are rolling the dice by ordering from them.

Came on time and was as described. If I need more parts will come back to this seller.
