The installation instructions for our connectors are straightforward and are available in the product overview section on the product page:
* For Tap Wire Splice Connectors: Insert the wire and then close the connector.
* For Lever Lock Terminal Blocks: Strip the wire, open the lever, insert the wire, and then close the lever to secure the connection.

I ordered a can-bus compatible rear…
I ordered a can-bus compatible rear tail light for my 2005 BMW R1200 GS. When I plugged it in I immediately got a warning signal on my dash and a picture of a bulb. It was NOT can-bus compatible and the fit was a bit loose. Customer service was great but i'm disapointed in the product. Put in a resistor so it is compatible.

replaced by reversing light bulbs with 921 LEDs. Huge difference. Reverse cam works better at night now. Order arrived well packaged and very timely. Nice price - did the job well.

I wasn't sure if the items I was thinking of buying would be compatible with my application (marine lighting). A quick phone call put my mind at ease, and I ordered the parts. After installation, since I am a little technically challenged, I couldn't get a remote control to "pair" with the system. Another phone call later gave me a technician that was patient, courteous, and explained each step in detail. Problem solved, and I am a super happy customer. Love the lights
Love the lights, they look great. Everything was included in the kit and made insulation a breeze. the only issue was there was no place to use my discount code. I called their customer service department and was sold. I would get a refund, but never got it.
