I know I ordered the right part & was…

I know I ordered the right part & was sent the wrong part & instead of customer service helping, they were actually arguing & adamant with me telling me I made the mistake & would not send the right bulbs with a call tag t return the wrong bulbs.

After reviewing your order, our records show that the part number ordered was 1157-CW60-T-2PK, which is the Cool White version of this bulb. While this product is also available in an Amber option, that selection must be selected before the item is added to the cart. This order was placed directly by you, and the order confirmation email sent at the time of purchase also reflects the Cool White bulb as the item ordered.

We understand the frustration of receiving a product that does not meet your needs. However, based on the order details and confirmation provided, the item received matches the item that was ordered.

To assist with resolving the issue, we have already filed an RMA on your behalf and included a prepaid return shipping label. Once the bulbs are returned, we will process a refund in accordance with our return policy.

To help ensure you receive the correct item, we will also provide a link to the Amber version of this bulb so that you can easily identify and order the correct part if desired.

Very bad and unprofessional experience

Very bad and unprofessional experience, I ordered over 500$ of merchandise from them, items were shipped promptly but UPS delivered to the wrong address an Amazon warehouse over 20miles away from the correct address. SuperBrightLeds refused to issue a replacement or refund till the UPS investigation concludes, It's been 10 days and I still haven't received a refund and I was forced to reorder everything so to have it delivered on time for my project. I'm out of pocket over 1000$ !

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by this situation.

According to the carrier's tracking information, the package was marked as delivered. When a package is reported as delivered but cannot be located, our policy is to work directly with the carrier and provide them the opportunity to investigate and attempt to recover and correctly deliver the shipment. This process helps determine whether the package can still be located and delivered before a replacement or refund is issued.

Our records show that both a lost package claim and an RMA were promptly filed on your behalf. Once the claim process was initiated, we provided you with the option to receive either a replacement order or a refund upon conclusion of the carrier's investigation. You elected to receive a refund.

We also see that you placed a new order on 6/3, and the tracking information shows that it was successfully delivered on Saturday, June 6 at 6:13 PM.

We understand that having to place a second order while the carrier's investigation was ongoing was inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience as we work through the claims process with UPS. Once the carrier completes its investigation, the selected resolution will be processed accordingly.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel our specialists recommended the wrong parts.

As discussed during our previous conversations, an RMA has already been issued for the original power supply and includes a prepaid return shipping label for a full refund upon return.

Regarding the second power supply, our records show that it was properly specified to provide sufficient power for the entire LED strip. After speaking with one of our product specialists, it was determined that the issue may be related to the installation itself, including the possibility of undersized wire being used in the setup. Based on the information provided, the power supply's specifications were adequate for the application.

Because the root cause appeared to be related to the setup rather than a defect in the power supply, we did not want to send a replacement of the same unit, as the same issue would likely occur if the installation conditions remained unchanged.

To help resolve the situation, we have also issued an RMA for the second power supply. Both RMAs include prepaid return shipping labels, and refunds will be processed once the items are returned and received.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist and have worked to provide return options for both products so that this matter can be resolved as quickly as possible.
