Always very reliable and fast

Always very reliable and fast. I actually like they have a conservative estimate of cost and time and refund later so I never got hit of any surprises, and almost always receive it early. I’ve used for 8 years and will continue using it.

Great and quick shipping

Great and quick shipping , no hassle , great and quick customer service using the bot or getting real people to answer your questions . Always polite and receiving free pictures of my items when stored in the warehouse is a game changer . Shipping is also cheaper than what it should be in my opinion , overall a very great agent would reccommend to anybody and everybody .

Superbuy has been my Chinese proxy…

Superbuy has been my Chinese proxy service for years, after buying from it I could not step back! Customer service is so nice and the website is so easy to use along with the app. It's the best App out there compared to every other one I have ever tried! Love it so much!

Very good experience

I used this service to purchase from the chinese Xianyu platform,i had no issues with the service they offer. The first purchase was made quite fast,within 1 hour of submitting the order as the fast processing additional service was bought,quite useful to secure good or rare deals. The second one was processed within acceptable times because extra communication was needed with the seller.

I think it showcases the quality of the service they offer. I contacted the agents a few times too regarding some concerns and i received a reply within 24 hours every time.

I used their shipping expert service and asked for appropriate packaging for my items,the items were indeed properly packaged,i chose their DHL Duty Free shipping method to Italy and the delivery was exactly within the timeframe given on the website. Overrall recommended and will use again
