Supercuts Leicester - Perfect service!
Walked in to get my hair done, and Beth (I hope I have the name right) was brilliant!
She had a clear understanding of customer request and really thought about what she was doing, listening to what I wanted and making the right suggestions so that I would walk away happy.
the service received from her (and the rest of the colleagues) was amazing!
Definitely a happy customer.
thank you
The worst experience in my life!!!
I am usually a person who doesn’t like to complain because I am quite tolerant and I try to think everybody can make mistakes. But yesterday I had the worst experience in my life in Supercuts St Johns, Liverpool. I wanted to get a new colour- chestnut/ginger balayage as my natural colour is dark brown and what they put me was Red bright Mermaid. I almost ended up in tears. I had to asked to put me a darker tone to fix it. Then, they stained my sweater with the dye that I had to throw out. Then, they cut my face with the scissors when they were doing my fringe and I had to ask a few times to give me something to remove all my stain of my face from the colour hair. At the end, I have paid £95 pounds for a horrible service and I didn’t get what I wanted. I rather they would have told me they cannot do what I asked for. The person who did it was nice to me but he didn’t apologised or gave me any discount. I think I was quite nice considering the horrible experience. I definitely won’t be back to this place and I would advise to all my friends not to.

Woking Supercuts Elvisa gave a super cut!
Went to Supercuts in Woking today. Elvisa was amazing. She cut my hair really well and listened to exactly what I wanted. Thank you Elvisa, top stylist!
Flat and lifeless blow dry
Bullring, Birmingham. Went in last min decision to get blow dry. Anniversary dinner. What a waste of time. I told the stylist I wanted a big bouncy blow dry with volume. I have naturally wavy/curly hair. The stylist talked non stop about random rubbish. She wittered on. There was no volume. No bounce. She used ghd straighteners to attempt to create curls. Despite me saying to begin with that I didn’t want straighteners to be used. The whole
Thing was a disaster. My hair is medium thickness but soft. But she still should have been able to give me what I wanted. Plenty of other stylists have achieved it over the years. Instead she blamed my hair for being too soft and I found myself apologising!! My hair is in great condition because I do not use heavy heat on it and I do not colour it. I left with flat hair that had no shape and no style. I thought every basic hairdresser knew how to do a simple bouncy blow dry. Learnt my lesson never doing super cuts ever again. Lacking basic skills. And blamed
My hair she couldn’t achieve what I asked her to.I’ve just got home (20 min) walk and my hair is completely straight with the odd wonky bit. I can’t believe I paid for that.
I went to the supercut in iLford exchange
I went to the supercut in iLford exchange mall and the lady was rlly nice before my hair was thick and hard to deal with now my hair feels a lot thinner and healthier
Visited Supercuts Bromley in the Glades…
Visited Supercuts Bromley in the Glades this week, had my hair done by Tina. I just would like to say thank you for an amazing haircut as always. Tina very precessional in her work. Would highly recommend.
Total service failure.
I ordered shampoo and conditioner on 18 August. It still hasn’t arrived by 28th. I emailed and despite their claim they did not reply in two days but in a week. They blamed the posts strike which I don’t think had happened. Tried to cancel my delivery as I was then on holiday. They claimed it had been delivered. No proof and no sign of product. They have not replied to my emails. I am now disputing the transaction with my credit card.
Highley recommend
I decided to pay another visit to the salon it was Sunday and Wilma was great. She was busy and she took my number and agreed to call me when she was free which was in about a hours time. On receiving the call I returned to the salon. I showed Wilma pictures of hair styles that I liked and we discussed colour. Wilma got to work. She was very friendly and professional and I was so pleased with the results. I was one very happy customer and would not think twice in recommending Wilma.
Awful
I've been here twice and both times have been very unhappy with the end result and just wanted to get out of there would definately not go here again
A complete nightmare...
I don't like to write bad reviews, but on this occasion, I was really upset about the service. I decided to go to Supercuts in Brighton Churchill Square. I used this hairdresser many years ago just for the occasional trim and they were ok. Today I went in to dye my hair slightly, mainly to cover any greys. I wanted to keep my dark blonde tone and just apply a few subtle highlights here and there. The lady that did my hair looked very professional and I trusted her completely, but the result was terrifying. She bleached my hair really badly and the top of my head was awfully yellow and white in parts. I hated it and complained so she applied another colour and the result was even worse, my hair was now a bright orange tone!!! I was in tears when I saw my reflection in the mirror. And the stylist kept saying how amazing I looked which annoyed me even more. She than said to just go home and come back after a few days to try another colour. I was so angry. Livid in fact. I used a lot of hairdressers in the past, but this experience was a complete disaster. On top of this she pulled my hair very painfully as well and I worried that she would burn my scalp with the straighteners. After 5 hours of agony the manager finally stepped in and the stylist dyed my hair to a more natural and “human” colour. I am just hoping it will stay like this after the first wash. It was really silly of me to have paid the full price for this treatment and I can assure you that it is not about the money at all, because I would have paid even more for a quality service, but I hoped that after this nightmare the manager would at least be so kind to offer a huge discount or apologise, but in the end, I was so tired and fed up and I just handed the money to the stylist and walked out. I just hope that my hair is not badly damaged after this scary experience, but I seriously discourage anyone to use this salon if you are planning to dye your hair!
You can't just walk in, you must queue online.
I went to Supercuts Surrey Quays yesterday. And I was told it's completely booked up. According to the website, you don't need to book in advance! Apparently you can't just walk in, you have to queue online. That's not What it says on website. It is clearly stated that 'NO NEED TO BOOK'.
Deplorable "appointment / drop-in" system
I managed to get a haircut today on my fourth attempt at a so called walk in salon. Whilst I had no issue with the stylist, I have several with their recently introduced scan and go on a waiting list system. The staff tell me that they don't like it and I certainly have a problem with it as I can no longer drive due to an eye condition and can't attend at irregular times. I doubt many of the older population will find this system helpful. I suggest that they either introduce an appointment system or revert to the old method ( which would require an increase in staff ) as Supercuts are going to lose a lot of business if this problem isn't addressed. I waited for 20 minutes at 9am with two other ladies, gave up and returned at 10am and was told to come back at 11am and still had to wait! Bad show. This salon used to manage a busy through put but certainly couldn't now.
The hair cut looks great amazing…
The hair cut looks great amazing customer service and employees are very nice and kind as well as patient I had Liyah do my hair and she couldn’t of done better although she was the only one there she managed to make sure everything and everyone was looked after. Would definitely go back again.
Awful, unskilled stylist
I went to Supercuts The Frairy Centre, Guildford, Surrey, 2 months ago for a hair trim, for the convenience and the reasonable price showed on the window. Unfortunately It was a totally disappointment. If I can give zero star I would. The stylist is a blonde polish woman in her later 40th, she has no clue what she was doing,I was charge £39 for a trim & (blow dry which I did not even ask at first place). The hair trim looks like armature did it and the stylist was struggling with handling the blow dryer, my hair looks awful afterwards worse than just air dried. I had to go to my local hair dresser straight away the next day to get it fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else.
Went for a dry cut which I always have…
Went for a dry cut which I always have an the hairdresser refused to cut the front of my hair so felt it was half a job
Just shocking
I visited back in April and absolutely loved my haircut, but this time I had a different ‘professional’ who quite frankly
gave my confidence a knock and made me feel terrible about myself. No chit chat, just an interrogation over what products I use, why my hair is dry and why my hair is so thick. As someone with Italian genetics, we have thick, dry hair. People with different genetics have different hair. If you’re trained, you should know this. Making someone feel bad about this because you can’t do the job properly is bizarre. Telling me I must use cheap products and when I showed the receipt for the wella products I bought from the salon back in April, I was looked at like I was lying despite the proof. Also cutting hair by lifting it up makes it uneven, and don’t even get me started on using a tiny comb on thick hair and dragging it from root to ends, breaking my hair in the process so she used her own bad talent to try and convince me to buy a deep conditioning mask! Terrible service, unprofessional and shouldn’t be in a job
Total scam
Total scam, overcharged and when I phoned up to sort out the payment the hairdresser was rude and has since refused to hand over the matter to management. Terrible hair cut, rude staff, would not go again.
If I could rate it 0 stars
If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Came into the Shepherd’s Bush salon asking for layered shoulder length hair and left with a god awful wolf cut
Left in tears from the Derby salon
Left in tears from the Derby salon, I asked for a textured dry cut on very short hair which I'm growing out. The haidresser stated she would feather my hair with the scissors to add texture as I wanted, then immeadiately got the clippers out and took my fringe off and the rest of my hair; two minutes after starting she announced she had finished. I wasn't shown the back, she hasn't shaved the wispy bits off and nor cut in around my ear so I have overhang. I could have done this myself!
