The only thing that let it down, was the parcel was left in my black box soI had to search for my parcel. Being as I have a porch they could have left inside as I have a notice all parcels leave inside the door. Gratefully it was at least in a box even though it was wet inside fortunately didn’t harm my order.

Placed an order on the 15th November we’re now 27th November and I haven’t received my order, 3 items ordered and there all missing, have contacted Superdry but have to leave it longer and contact them again after more days of waiting so no order and no refund yet or replacement
