I’ve got an email telling me I could get 20% off full price items and I bought a Hoody and a shirt which came to £120 but the young girl that was the manager or supervisor told me it was online only but when I pointed out to her down the bottom of the email it says in participating stores and point blank refused and said no it’s online only I think if you are going to send these emails out you should make it clearer and you should also give a list of the participating stores
