Friendly staff. Baseball cap (women’s size) well made and not small so I can fit my super thick hair under it without the cap popping off.

I've always liked Superdry's products and obviously had to stop by their store at Birmingham airport. Their staff member on duty offered me any help and was helpful and courteous when I made my purchase. The slippers I bought were a great gift for my partner who loves your clothing too. They're very warm and comfortable.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jade at Superdry in Birmingham Airport on 12 Feb 2025, and I cannot praise her enough! Despite the early morning hours, she was full of warmth, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm, making my shopping experience a delight.

Jade went above and beyond to assist me, showing exceptional professionalism and a friendly attitude that truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who is so attentive and welcoming, especially at such an early hour, but she made everything effortless and enjoyable. Her customer service was nothing short of outstanding—helpful, patient, and incredibly kind.

My purchase typified everything that a brilliant use of digital technology and sales within a business should be. I’d been eyeing a down jacket in brown on the website for weeks and was in Birmingham airport where I saw the superdry store. They didn’t have one in stock but offered to order one for me. I said no as I may as well get it online (I’d have probably kicked the can down the road for a while longer at best). Instead of accepting that the salesman said if I ordered it now from him, I’d get a 15% discount and free delivery, so I immediately said yes. By the time I’d landed at my destination a couple of hours later I’d already received a dispatch email and by the time I got home two days later it was on my doorstep. And it’s a great jacket. 10/10 experience all round, really impressed with the slickness.

My order has not been received because superdry choose to use evri which is the worst company as they are known for parcels going missing. The items were a birthday gift which has now passed. Ive been in touch with superdry and evri and still nothing sufficient

Bought a last min jacket for skiing! What a bargain! Love the bright colour, first product from superdry and I’m really impressed!

However, the defining element of this purchase was the excellent customer service from the salesman, a quick chat about Mokha pot coffee made this 5 mins of airport boredom excellent.
