Quality product, great customer service
I needed to return a Christmas gift (a maxi puffer coat) as the size and style didn't suit. The staff at Superdry Birmingham were extremely helpful and facilitated a refund with a smile. I'd like to add that the coat was very well made with high attention to detail and quality.

Excellent clothes
Excellent clothes , took my 13 year old granddaughter shopping at the bullring shop at the weekend and introduced her to the brand . The clothes last and look great for years to come , pay a little more and they will outlast the other brands .😎

Amazing coat, amazing staff.
The coat had 20% off. Win!!! I ordered online came on time and was absolutely lovely and warm. However, I decided the colour of the coat was not for me, and I wanted to swap it. Store staff made the exchange process a breeze and my longline everest parka is now amazing looking and warm.
