Awesome time we had when visited local stores at Cheshire oaks last Thursday.
A lot of clothes to choose from and great shopping assistant who was helpful. Thank You

Once I had made my choice I made my way to the checkout. I was greeted by a very happy member of staff who was polite, caring and made me feel welcome. My purchase was trouble free and I left feeling a valued customer.

The guy who served us on the till was super friendly took time to chat with us and wasn't felt rushed and the conversation felt real and not scripted amazing guy

I was able only to buy gifts for my nieces. We live in Chester and visit outlet so often. Unfortunately the only one shop around in Cheshire Oaks never has nothing above size L for both men and women.

I was delighted at your shop at gretna green outlet to be able to get my husband his birthday present of a coat he liked....nothing for me.....but we were at your outlet in Ellesmere port and I got a zip up fleece for winter....

Very small sizes , you need to go at least 2 sizes up , but they don't have it in stock ...

Bought loads of stuff on offer.

Great service but not all the sizes are available no matter when u go. It can be very quiet week with no school holidays or any festival coming up, sizes are always limited. Could do better in this aspect.

Friendly staff, nice design and good quality of clothes

Everything I buy from Superdry is unique, really lovely and of the highest quality. Their graphic T shirts are soft but substantial and they’re not just designed for stick people! Everything washes well and retains the colour and sequin design. Just the best!

The young chap who served me on this visit was lovely, friendly and chatty, unlike my previous visits. He was very helpful with my purchase and asked how I was and how my day was going. Again, something no one at the Cheshire Oaks store has done before! They could take valuable lessons from this lovely, polite young man. He should be made a supervisor, if he’s not already, and teach the others in customer service and not to stand around chatting amongst themselves where I’ve got to interrupt them to get some help!
Well done young man. Keep up the good work.
