I paid and ordered my jeans but have not received them.
I paid and ordered my jeans on the 28/05/21 at Superdry store in Dundrum, Dublin, and have not received any notification on the status of my order. I rang the store and was told I would be notified when my jeans arrive. To date I have still not received my purchase. My family and I are regular customers at Superdry over the years, but I feel the usual good standards seem to be no longer in place. The service surprising is very poor. Usually when I have a bad experience with a store I will move on to another. One which will respect my purchase as a customer.
