Fantastic products and customer service
I bought a winter jacket online after going to my local store in Glasgow fort , the gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable, I also contacted customer services several times, they were equally fantastic, easy to get in touch on the webchat but the jacket is very warm and very well made you even get a one year warranty when you buy in official shop or website will definitely buy again highly recommended

I needed to changed the size of a jacket, took it to the shop and whilst they d it don’t gave the size I needed the assistant gave me various options. He was so pleasant and helpful and ordered me the size I needed. All very efficient and a great experience

The young man Sam who served me went above and beyond to help. I was buying 2Jackets for my son and he offered to try them on for size. He was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The store is lucky to have such a helpful, pleasant and professional young man working for them.

Staff in shop were very helpful when I wanted to purchase a pacific jacket .
Although they did not have it in the store I was in they tried a couple of other stores and online too
I was unsuccessful in getting the colour I wanted , however purchase said jacket in another colour

Salesperson was great
Ordered online but didn’t like the clothes so took them back to the shop in The Fort. The salesperson was great, helped me find replacements. Bought some organic cotton t shirts - lovely fabric.

Extremely easy to order online . I picked up from store , however the coat didn’t suit me . The staff were so helpful, refunded the cost straight away . I visited the store 2 days later and purchased a different style . Again the staff were lovely
