Found what I was looking for quickly - which is 99% of customer satisfaction. Shop floor staff didn't really interact with me, but then they didn't bother me either. Got the impression they preferred to leave punters be, unless they were needed.

Great experience
Great experience. Ordered two coats for my daughter to try and, although she didn't keep either of them, customer service was great. Returned them to the store in Glasgow and I received my refund within a matter of hours. Can't fault them at all.

I bought an expensive coat last week and specifically ask the lady "is it waterproof "she said " it keeps you dry but if your out for long periods and it's heavy rain you might feel a little damp" I went out 3 nights later and I walked no more than 5 mins and my top was soaking wet!. Your called SUPERDRY!!!.

Fantastic store staff.
Fantastic service from the customer service assistant in your Glasgow store who was warm and welcoming and professional. I had a couple of returns that were dealt with by a different assistant and the same applies to them. As I buy from you mostly online it is great to find that your store staff are exceptional abassadors for the company and brand. Thank you. I wish I had both girls names to mention them in person.
