Good customer service, wrong colour
The corduroy trousers I ordered were not the shade of orange I expected based on the photos online which is why I didn’t give 5 stars and had to return them. They were easy to collect and return to the store and they seemed good quality, though I didn’t take them out of the packaging when I saw the colour so I can’t be sure. The repayment took only a day which was good. Overall the customer service was good but I could only give four stars since the photos online were misleading.

On this occasion I bought a puffer jacket and two wool mix quarter zip tops.
I’d tried the puffer jacket in store first and then ordered on-line click and collect as it was 30% cheaper.
The guy who served me was really helpful and offered a discount on the tops as I had a slight issue with one of the zips.
Perhaps a little more expensive than other shops but the good quality means they last!
