I had originally tried buying these goods in store but for some very bizarre reason the company does not allow me to use my e vouchers in store so had to buy them on line. The whole point of me going to store was because the need to try the goods first. The staff were very helpful tho.
However the online ordering was easy and successful

The sizes of your clothing items is way…
The sizes of your clothing items is way out of the general sizes in Europe. I normally have an XL shirt size and your XXL size shirt is the exact same size.
Generally your clothes don't fit the people who want to buy them. You would sell. WAY more if you did.

Brilliant help with click and collect order.
I arrived to collect my purchase but it hadn't arrived. This was my fault as I hadn't received notification. However the staff at Leamington Superdry were amazing and tried to locate my order and find out possible delivery time. I received a phone call the following day to let me know that my order had arrived and was ready to collect. Brilliant service.
Earlier in the year I returned a faded hoodie to St. Ives branch of Superdry. Absolutely wonderful service. Replacement made straight away.

Visited the Leamington spa store with…
Visited the Leamington spa store with my son,18, who was looking for polo shirts. Found one he liked, tried it on then decided he'd like 2 as there was an offer, 2 for £70. There was only one on the shelf so we asked a store colleague, Abi, to check their stock. There was only one in store so Abi offered to order the items for us and have them delivered to our home address. She was very helpful , friendly, chatty and nothing was too much trouble. My son said he had spoken to her on a separate occasion a few weeks previously and she'd offered advice on sizes etc. Thanks Abi.
