I bought a jacket,it was slightly damaged, returned it ,the staff was wonderful and courteous,they checked if a replacement was available in other stores and couriered the same with no extra charges within 5 days.

I ordered a jacket for my boyfriend as a Christmas present online. After looking every day for the past 3 weeks nearly to see if it has been shipped. All I have gotten is ‘Manifested’. I spoke to customer services and they have told me that ‘Manifested’ means it’s already been shipped but cannot be found. This is not on.
