Our 1st experience of Superdry
It was the 1st time I’d been in Superdry - we were shopping with our 14 year old grandson, & we bought him a pair of shoes there. They didn’t have the colour he wanted, in his size, so we ordered them. The male member of staff was extremely helpful, and explained carefully about delivery times. He was “spot on” & the shoes arrived in plenty of time for our grandson’s birthday. We were delighted with the service, the delivery and the goods!

I fell in love with a winter coat in…
I fell in love with a winter coat in your Nottingham Victoria Center shop. The only size 16 had a little fault and was discounted but I wanted a perfect one. I live in Harrogate so couldn't go back to the shop. The lady in the shop offered me that she orders one for me and it will be delivered to my home. I can't remember her name but it was on the 10th October in the morning hours. She's a credit for your company.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered 3 different coats. I was sent 3 but they sent 2 identical ones! I contact Customer Service straight away and received a reference number with “we will be in touch within 48 hours”. Nine days later, I am still waiting!!!!! So terrible delivery and disgusting service to date

Called into the Nottingham store. I was served by Rochelle. She could not have been more pleasant or helpful. I chose several jackets which were not in store. This was not a problem they were located and shipped arriving the next day. Thanks for the great service
