I almost visit the branches in London and buy some shirts and jacket.

The fact that when I entered the store the manager and staff were approachable, and Superdry followed their return policy down to the letter. if it is a manufactural fought. It was done so beautiful to feel like a valued customer

Clothes are good quality but stuff working in store not so much .Using an almost stealing technique to get emails of clients isn't nice .U fooled me once and now I know how to say NO every single time when word "email"is used in a store.

Always supportive.. visited Wembley park store I don't know her name but she is very kind and polite.. me and my wife just want to change the jacket but we select other things also.

Didn't like the attitude of the cashier, after I paid cash she looked at me as if the bill was faked then checked many times. I do understand that it's her job to check the bill but is there anyway easier way for checking to avoid embarrassment and minimizer hussle for everyone. I wouldn't go back again to this shop.

Found what I wanted and at a bargain price, I am very grateful.
