I placed an order on the 22nd November…
I placed an order on the 22nd November to be delivered in store. Nothing on track my parcel. I then texted customer support which stared the parcel must have been lost and would I like you to resend the parcel , this was the 29th November. I would receive a processed Comfirmation email later that day. Nothing until when a email stating the product was out of stock

The items I ordered were packaged well. I ordered on line but returned in the Plymouth store where the assistant could not have been more helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy Superdry again, the quality is excellent.

Easy to order
Easy to order, delivery was fast. I ordered 2 sizes to get the best fit. Returns were super easy too and staff were very friendly and helpful. Good quality item exactly as described.

I bought a £100 SuperDry gift card…
I bought a £100 SuperDry gift card online. It arrived in the post and thr money taken out of my account. My wife drove to the shop to spend it. She paid for parking only to be told it did not have any money on the gift card. She was told customer services were closed and to return the next day with a bank statement and email to evidence purchase. We did and paid for parking and travel again, only to be told that customer services were still required regardless of he evidence and were closed for the day. The issue was sorted; we were informed that the card now had the money on and that we could now use it. There was no effort to make compensate us for the wasted time, travel or parking fees.
