Saw a woman’s Neon Vintage Logo Hoodie in store, unfortunately they didn’t have my size in stock. The assistant was very helpful, I paid then and there and they ordered my size to be delivered to my house FoC. It arrived 2 days later, excellent turnaround.

Excellent service
Wife ordered me a hoodie at local store (Glasgow Silverburn) for delivery. There was an issue with the order not feeding through properly, but when querying delivery date with store, they couldn't have been more helpful.
Assistant spent several minutes chasing up order with Superdry online team, then when confirmed it was a "ghost" order, arranged refund, and allowed me to select another hoodie with a special discount to match the original order's price. A few days later a mail arrived from the online store, offering us a 10% discount for an online order as compensation.
Couple that, with finding a coat at their Glasgow Braehead store for my son, down from £250 to £75 during the sale (to which the local manager arranged another 10% off, when I asked if the online 10% voucher could be used - it couldn't, so I still have that to use), and I've been very impressed with the customer focus and staff at both of the stores I've used recently.
Quality of the hoodie and coat are excellent, the hoodie's the most comfortable I've found in ages.
My son has a Superdry backpack for school bought in a sale 4 years ago, and it's still totally intact and looks brand new. Before then, he was having to get a new bag at least once each school year.
Will definitely be back for more.
