When I went to your store on Stirling
When I went to your store on Stirling, the lady who served me was a credit to your company. Although the store did not have the size I needed, she advised me to try another colour for size. This I did so she ordered me the desired colour on line and it was delivered to my house 2 days later. Great to get a personal service like that.

Best Retail Experience I have had
I am 75 years of age and can positively state that my purchasing experience in the Stirling Superdry store was one, if not the most pleasant retail experience I have ever had. The young lady who served me went out of her way to assist me - way above the usual standard experienced (although she kept telling me that was why she was there). Before I left I had a conversation with the store manager to let him know how impressed I was with the member of staff involved. Five stars doesn't seem enough!

Great customer service
I bought a denim skirt on line in size 8 but it was tiny and size 10 was not available.
I returned the skirt to Stirling store where the staff member could not have been more helpful. She found a 10 on line in a different colour and arranged and exchange. Great service and I love the skirt.
