Best winter coat
Bought a coat for £110. Bit pricy but it’s absolutely worth it. It fits well. Light weight and zip pockets for phone and internal pocket.

Still not received my delivery!!!

I have had a full refund from Superdry. Unfortunately it was lost in transit and EVRI are to blame.
I placed my order on 14th Jan. And I still haven't received my order 26th Jan.
I have contacted Superdry several times with their portal and have not had any reply.
It is impossible to speak to someone in customer service and complain.
I'd like my money back. I have also rated Evri as they haven't delivered.
I've paid in full.
Still waiting!!!!

Not everyone is over 6 feet tall 😫
I bought a Superdry Parker, and it was lovely. The Parker was very smart and I had it on a great price. At 5.8 I’m not very tall, but the Parker, fitted great on the chest and shoulders, nice and snug as I like my clothes. Unfortunately the length of the Parker was far too long, which was a shame. Superdry should understand that not everyone is over 6 feet tall, and should accommodate for people like myself who aren’t very tall. Maybe have different sizes on the length of the Parker, so everyone can have a choice.👍

Item couldn’t be delivered
Item couldn’t be delivered to properly due to unforeseen building work. Not Superdy/Evri’s fault but impossible to communicate with either’s automated customer service. Being able to speak to a human would help immensely.

When someone but any product so please remove the security tag
When I buy a jacket from there then the lady who standing on the till didn't remove the security tag so when I went to the door siren will me strat then one collage of her is came there and he check and I show the recept then he remove the tag .
