This is a excellent place to find a great outfit for any occasion. The staff are pretty cool, and the brand for me is a best one.

I went to the Disney Springs location & the customer service was EXCELLENT! Staff, was friendly, available,& professional. I really appreciate how my clothes were carefully folded at check out. I really hate to see my clothes just throw in the bag, which happens at too many stores these days.

Nice selection, store was well kept, staff were very pleasant.

I was able to find a shirt that I liked and when I discovered I grabbed the wrong size they let me exchange it for the correct size.

He receives very good attention from the girls at the checkout, the store had a lot of merchandise

I really love the quality of the t-shirts and sweatpants.

Excellent experience, I've bought and sold tons of superdry second hand through applications such as poshmark. I was excited to see a store and every employee in the store was absolutely amazing. Especially the girl that checked us out she was super knowledgeable about the brand and mission of the company which aligns with a lot of what I believe in which is sustainable fashion and design.

While customer service is a little delayed in responding, once they do they are SUPER understanding and really care. They make things right if there are issues and they address things with the customers best interest in mind. Quality clothing and quality people. Quality company. I really love this company.

I returned a purchase and due to an employee’s mistake on my initial purchase the employee doing the return said they couldn’t refund my entire purchase and the majority would have to be provided as a store credit even though I made the purchase with my credit card. They blamed the system and said it’s a UK issue and to go through the UK if I wanted it resolved.
