Good selection, nice quality merchandise and good costumer service

I purchased clothing online and had my order delivered to my local SuperDry store in Glendale, CA 91210 at the Glendale Galleria. Upon retrieval of my package, I was informed that only the manager, Michael, would be able to release my order. At the moment Michael was in a meeting that would take 30 minutes, therefore I could not get my order that was already paid. The cashier who was readily available could not give me my order. In the middle of a busy day, I had to wait until Michael finished with his meeting, to get my package. Truly disappointing as it was a waste of time ordering online to expedite the process and having to wait until the manager finished his meeting. My time as a customer was not considered

Bad service!! Manager and employees are not professional. There are bad smells in the store.

Went to pick up my order from the Glendale Galleria store and the manager was really dismissive. Once they had given me my order (in a dirty mailer) they made me feel like now that I had no business with them that I should leave. I also requested a price adjustment since they gave me 20% off but when I checked the website it was 25% off. The manager said they don't do price adjustments and to come back with my order unopened, unused, with all the tags and then maybe they can give me the discount.

The preliminary delivery date says March 4, got the product march 6. The staff at Glendale Galeria was acting like I owed them money, and a lot of it! Very rude, especially in the case when I bought the product and a week later there was a sale, didn’t even want to ask if I could get the difference of what I paid and the sale since the staff was so ignorant. I’m not a “Karen” I promise. The jacket is ok, but sizing was off too, loose in the sleeves and body. I’m only 6 foot and not buff. Cali is having really bad weather lately so didn’t want to return it and wait another week to get an “L”, since it’s raining all day and I needed a jacket. Otherwise would have returned it for a large.

I have not received my order despite it saying it has been delivered. It has been over 10 days since the order apparently got delivered. The store had no idea when I went to pick up my order. I’ve received no further update yet.

Although we had glitch problem with IKiosk, and purchase was delayed, yet store employees and customer service were very caring and professional and item was delivered timely!

I was able to get purchase and receive my item quickly and the quality is soft and has a comfortable fit.

The store was well stocked and had an appealing aesthetic. The two gentleman working were very helpful through my shopping experience. I plan to return again soon.

Superdry has been my go to apparel needs. I'm all about quality and style. Money well spent for a product that last a long time. Forever fan.

I placed an order for a month and still haven't received the product. Work very bad, 3 days later the product is still not in front of the house. I will cancel the product and complain about the delivery that the service is very bad.
