Love the material and the colors

I emailed them regarding an order and haven't yet received an email or a response.
I received a faulty product and haven't yet received a refund.

I love the products and able to find some good deals.

The person who assisted me did not provide detail of the receipt for the return: luck of knowledge and poor customer service.

My order was totally wrong as delivered. I ordered a shirt and got a pink and black puffy jacket. Went into my local store and they swapped it out for me, no problems.

I ordered a few items online but I need to return some of them due to size difference. This was my first time online ordering superdry. The store staff at valley fair were very reluctant to handle the return because they are online orders. They told me they had a specific system to handle the online item return and their system was down. I asked when it can be fixed. They said it has been down for over a month and they suggested me to return them at the Livermore store, which is 40+ miles away...
I can't believe at this internet age we have to have a specific system to handle online items in the store and that system is down for such a long time !!

I don't think I will ever order any superdry products online and I wouldn't go back to the valley fair store again. There were 4 clerks plus one manager and none of them really wanted to fix things and help customer.

Loved the store. I had to go back the following day to have a security tag removed. It was very inconvenient.

I purchased this for my son and everything - from the ordering process to the delivery, and the product itself was wonderful and fit him really well (Medium). The only reason why I cannot give it 5-stars is that the external package it came in wasn't sealed, ie., someone forgot to rip the tape off and seal it and I'm really glad it didn't fall out. Other than that - all good

Very good service and the sweatshirt is great, and very high quality.

I bought a jacket for my son for his birthday and realized it didn't fit. The store was very helpful in returning the jacket and then ordering a new one online since they didn't have the correct size in stock. The Valley Fair store team was really helpful and friendly. The jacket shipped directly to my home with no shipping charges and arrived in less than a week. Thank you!

I had these flip flops for about a week and the picture and logo are just rubbing off. Disappointed with this. Was always telling folks what great quality SuperDry was. Pitty about the poor quality of the flip flops.
